CHALLENGE: Increase production of more efficient bottles.A large dairy cooperative producing milk bottles for Europeanmarket, needed to improve bottle performance and increaseproduction efficiency reducing environmental impact.

SOLUTION: A practical bottle to use with 6-month shelf-life,100% recyclable.The cooperative has relied on our staff to improve the pouringcapacity of the product and perfect the closure of the bottleso as to avoid the spillage of the content. The choice ofTechne multilayer technology has proved to be fundamentalfor the preservation of the product for up to 6 months, thusduplicating the shelf life of the liquid contained in the asepticcarton. With this solution the cooperative has obtained a morereliable bottle, practical to use and 100% recyclable.

SOLUTION Multilayer bottles (coex3) for recycled material use. Sealing optimization.In order to optimize the product, bottle weight has beensignificantly reduced and thickness optimized, improving itsperformance. CHALLENGE: Make me lighter, but keep the shape.The customer needed to reduce the amount of plastic perbottle, improve the sealing of the cap and reduce the cycletime keeping the original shape of his product.

SOLUTION: As lighter as it gets.The result of this development is a 15% weight reduction,guaranteeing industrial performance. The redesign of thebottle with minimum aesthetic impact. The improvement ofthe stacking performance.

The refine of cap neck sealing design. To reduce the cycletime and the cooling circuit has been optimized. In addition, tofacilitate the application of labels, a bulging control has beenmade, optimizing the parison (400 points).
