Conference Documentation is distributed at the time of the event. 2. Central Law Training Ltd reserves the right to vary or cancel a conference where the occasion necessitates. CLT accept no liability if, for whatever reason, the conference does not take place. 3. Prices may be subject to change. 4. Full invoice payable unless:- a) Cancellation: provided written notice is received at least 10 working days before the event, the fee will be credited less a £25 (+VAT) administration charge b) Transfer: in the event of a transfer to another date or event, an administration charge of £25 (+ VAT) will be levied. Chairman: Adam Rose is Head of Business and Technology Services at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. He specialises in representing clients on outsourcing and information technology matters. He advises on a wide range of business process and information technology outsourcing, computer software and related information technology contracts, including relating to the development and hosting of websites and content provision agreements (including multi-channel delivery services).

Melanie Allan is a Senior Associate in the Berwin Leighton Paisner Business and Technology Services Team. Melanie specialises in outsourcing, IT transactions and data protection. Melanie has advised on a wide range of contracts from offshore IT outsourcing to the outsourcing of back-offi ce functions and has acted for both customers and suppliers. Melanie also has experience of advising FSA regulated bodies in the outsourcing of a range of services to third party service providers.

Paul Langford is an Associate Director Knowledge Development Lawyer within the Berwin Leighton Paisner Business and Technology Services team. Paul has been a knowledge development lawyer for over seven years, specialising primarily in commercial and core contract issues. He also has many years ecommerce and marketing experience, designing web based know-how solutions for in-house legal teams.

Tom Lippiett is an Associate in Berwin Leighton Paisner’s Hotels, Leisure and Gaming team. Tom specialises in commercial contracts and

betting and gaming law. Tom has advised various betting and gaming companies on general contractual issues, terms and conditions and regulatory matters. Tom has also been involved in several large general commercial contracts and outsourcing arrangements.

Emma Mervik is an Associate in Berwin Leighton Paisner’s Business and Technology Services team. Emma advises a range of clients on their technology and commercial contracts, including IT infrastructure projects, software licensing and development agreements, system supply and IT outsourcing arrangements. Emma has spent time on secondment at Tesco, where she advised on a variety of high value IT projects and commercial contracts.

Gemma Norton is an Associate in the Berwin Leighton Paisner Business and Technology Services team. Gemma advises on a broad range of commercial and technology arrangements, advising both suppliers and buyers of a wide range of goods and services. In particular, Gemma advises on commercial supply arrangements as well as content licensing and development contracts.
