Our service includes a personal accommodation booking service for you and your guests, including airport transfers and honeymoon planning. Day Spa Treatments: Massage for the wedding couple (the day after your wedding) Manicure and pedicure for the bride as well as a choice of a of spa facial treatment or body scrub. Meals Post ceremony canapés at sunset overlooking the beach. Delicious buffet dinner including Thai meals, BBQ meats and seafood, and a range of desserts Beverages Half a bottle of wine per guest is included. On top of this, we have allocated a bar tab of about 5 alcoholic drinks per person. Your tab will include cocktails, basic spirits, local beers, soft drink, fruit juice & water. On your wedding night, you may choose to increase your bar tab. The staff will inform you when you are getting close to completing your bar tab allowance, and you can either choose to extend or you can then ask your guests to pay for their drinks when your bar tab has run out. The tab and wine sometimes lasts until midnight, and with other groups finishes at 9pm, the average would be about 11pm, as you are at a bar, it’s very easy for guests to buy their own drinks, or to top up to a fixed amount and control your expenses. We will have you choose your favourite cocktails to speed up service at your event.

DJ for your reception You can choose your ‘first dance’ song, however the DJ will otherwise choose the music beyond this. Requests can be made on the night. For your ceremony, we’ll get you to prepare your processional and recessional songs on an ipod. Hot Air Lantern A good luck symbol for the bridal couple – this is launched over the night ocean by the wedding couple, and more can be ordered for guests. Accommodation The wedding venue is a stylish, modern boutique resort in a lovely, beach area on Phuket. The wedding couple are required to stay for a minimum of three nights in order to secure the wedding package. Rates start from $150 (low season is late April – October) per night per couple including tax, service and gourmet buffet breakfast daily. The resort features stylish modern interiors, a gym, world class day spa, a swimming pool and two great restaurants and bars. There are lush gardens and friendly staff, and the resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is across the road from the beach and staying here allows complimentary access to Catch Beach Club. Should your group book 5 rooms through Take us to Thailand we are able to negotiate even better rates and the wedding couple will receive a double upgrade to a Grand Deluxe Palm room at the Deluxe Palm rate. Guests have a choice of staying at the resort where your wedding is held, or we can recommend a cheaper next door. We can also assist with recommending and booking accommodation in Bangkok and on other islands. There is no obligation for your guests to book through us, however we offer fabulous rates, service and payment terms.

Venue & Accommodation Your wedding venue is a lovely beachfront resort in a peaceful yet central location on Koh Samui. The wedding couple are required to stay for a minimum of three nights in order to secure the wedding package. Rates start from $140 per night per couple including tax, service, gourmet buffet breakfast daily and also includes 20% off food, drinks and the spa for all guests staying at the resort if they book through Take us to Thailand. The resort features a gym, day spa, two swimming pools and two great restaurants. There are lush gardens and friendly staff, and the resort is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Guests have a choice of staying at the resort where your wedding is held, or we can recommend cheaper options on the same beach. We can also assist with recommending and booking accommodation in Bangkok and on other islands. There is no obligation for your guests to book through us, however we offer fabulous rates and personalised service. Legalities We charge an additional $250 to arrange for you to be legally married in Thailand. We prepare a schedule for you of the process you must follow in Bangkok, and we will organise your accommodation for you in Bangkok if you wish. For the legal aspect, we arrange for the

council officer to attend your wedding ceremony at your wedding venue on your wedding day. There are costs associated with translation/consular fees etc that are less than $550 in total which we will make clear to you if you wish to complete your legal marriage in Thailand. As this council officer is not the person who conducts your wedding ceremony, your ceremony is not affected from a guest perspective whether it is legal or not. If you do not wish to be legally married in Thailand, or visit Bangkok, you can contact your local registry office in your home town to arrange your legal marriage. You will still have a gorgeous wedding ceremony on your wedding day with a Western celebrant whether you complete your legalities in Thailand or not. Choosing this Take us to Twinpalms Phuket Wedding Package If you would like to go ahead and have Take us Thailand organise your package wedding for you, please send us your full names and address so that we can prepare our terms for you. We will then ask you to return these terms with a $2,000 deposit to secure us as your planners (this will reduce your package balance by $2,000). Then the exciting part begins – we can begin planning your wedding and holiday with you! To secure your wedding date/venue you will need to pay $2,500 as soon as possible (within two months). This will allow us to formally secure the venue for you on your chosen wedding date. Your package costs outstanding will be further reduced (by $2,500). The balance of costs owing will be spread out over the planning process. All optional extras you request will be billed to you 4 months prior to your wedding, with the final confirmation of guest numbers required two months prior to your wedding for billing to be completed. All items will be prepaid, and there wont be any surprise bills provided once you are in Thailand or after your event – head off on your holiday and enjoy!
