WILLIAM MOREAUDr. Bill Moreau, DC, DACBSP, CSCS, FICC is a

chiropractic sports medicine physician andevidence based clinician who started work withthe United States Olympic Committee (USOC) in2009 after more than 25 years of private practice.He is the first Managing Director of SportsMedicine for the USOC. Prior to this promotion Dr.Moreau was the USOC Director of Clinics. Moreau develops the USOC sports medicine

strategy and oversees all Team USA sportsmedicine activities including; clinics, games andthe National Medical Network. Dr. Moreau servedas the Medical Director for Team USA at theLondon 2012 Summer and Sochi 2014 WinterOlympic Games. He is the first doctor ofchiropractic in the world to serve as a GamesChief Medical Officer (CMO) for a National OlympicCommittee. He was the Team USA CMO for the 2015Toronto Pan American Games and he has beenappointed as the CMO for the 2016 Rio SummerOlympic Games. Through these roles he managesthe implementation of medical care to thousandsof athletes as provided by hundreds of healthcareproviders. Dr. Moreau advances the application of

integrated, multiple disciplinary musculoskeletalcare through Fortis Cura, a healthcare companydedicated to advancing patient centered carethrough the utilization and development ofevidence based musculoskeletal care pathways.He has been featured in USA Today, Time, ESPN,NPR, NBC, GE Healthcare News, the US Departmentof Health and Human Services, Army StrategicStudies Group and the Allegany HealthcareSummit. Dr. Moreau has a special interest in sports

medicine research and he serves on the NFLInternational Think Tank on Concussion Research.Moreau has successfully presented over 600invited lectures throughout the United States andInternationally.

ROBERT NELSONDr. Robert Nelson, graduated Cum Laude in 1986

from Logan College of Chiropractic. Dr. Nelson is aDiplomate of the American Chiropractic Board ofSports Physicians, (D.A.C.B.S.P.®). Postgraduateeducation also includes courses as a Fellow of theInternational Association of Clinical Acupuncture(F.I.A.C.A.), Certified Chiropractic ExtremityPractitioner (C.C.E.P.), Certified Strength &Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.), ChiropracticRehabilitation Diplomate Program, CertifiedGraston Technique, and Active Release Technique.Dr. Nelson has taught postgraduate courses in

Sports Medicine for The Palmer Institute forProfessional Advancement, Northwestern HealthSciences University, Logan College of Chiropractic,ProSport Chiropractic, and the ColoradoChiropractic Association.He has published articles in the Journal of

Sports Chiropractic & Rehabilitation. Dr. Nelsonhas served several years on the AmericanChiropractic Board of Sports Physicians aspresident and as a board of director. He has beenthe president of the Colorado Chiropractic SportsCouncil for the past six years. Athletes from NikeYouth Soccer, to Pro Rodeo, and Pro Soccer areamong those treated by Dr. Nelson.In 2004, Dr. Nelson was honored for the fourth

time as Chiropractor of the Year by the ColoradoChiropractic Association, as well as receiving hisfourth award as Sports Chiropractor of the Year.He also maintains a web page for his clinicalservices.

DUSTIN NABHANDr. Dustin Nabhan, DC, DACBSP, CSCS is a

Chiropractor, board certified sports medicinespecialist, and certified strength and conditioningspecialist. Dr. Nabhan graduated Cum Laude with aBS in Physiology from the University of Arizona,was class valedictorian at Southern CaliforniaUniversity of Health Sciences where he earned hisDoctorate in Chiropractic, was Residency trainedin Sports Medicine at Southern CaliforniaUniversity of Health Sciences, and later completeda Sports Medicine Fellowship with the UnitedStates Olympic Committee.Dr. Nabhan has lectured on the graduate level to

Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture students andon the post-graduate level to Doctors ofChiropractic seeking certification in SportsMedicine. Additionally, he has worked in theprivate sector in the fitness and strength andconditioning industry as both a coach andrehabilitation specialist.

Dr. Nabhan currently is employed by the UnitedStates Olympic Committee as a Health CareProvider at the United States Olympic TrainingCenter in Colorado Springs. He also serves as aRehabilitation Consultant to ChikaraSPORT, asports performance facility in Southern California,and as an online instructor at DConline, aninternet based continuing education portal forChiropractors.

AMBER DONALDSONDr. Amber Donaldson, D.P.T., M. Physio (Manip),

S.C.S, C.S.C.S. serves as the Director of SportsMedicine Clinics for the United States OlympicCommittee. In this role, she manages the dailyfunctioning, staffing and budget of the threeSports Medicine Clinics and Recovery Centers andensures consistency of policy across all threefacilities. Dr. Donaldson also oversees theorganization of the Olympic and Pan AmericanGames medical services. Dr. Donaldson served asthe Medical Director for the 2014 Sochi WinterParalympics and served as a clinician at theLondon Olympics Guadalajara and Toronto PanAmerican Games and is an official medicaldelegate providing clinical services to Team USAat the Rio Olympics. Dr. Donaldson also serves asa health care provider to the many athletes oncampus and at the Games.Dr. Donaldson previously served as the Director

of sport sciences and medicine for the Women’sTennis Association (WTA) for six years. With theWTA, she traveled extensively around the worldcaring for athletes and overseeing administrativeduties at its headquarters. Prior to working withthe WTA, Donaldson lived in Hawaii and workedwith a variety of athletes at a multidisciplinaryclinic. She has presented at several sportsmedicine conferences and published in varioussports medicine journals. Dr. Donaldson received her bachelor’s in sports

medicine from Pepperdine University, herdoctorate of physical therapy from Slippery RockUniversity of Pennsylvania and her master’s inmanipulative physiotherapy from the University ofMelbourne in Australia. She also has completedher sports specialist certification, is a certifiedstrength and conditioning specialist, is a certifiedPilates instructor and provides other specializedservices such as dry needling, ultrasoundbiofeedback and vestibular assessment andtraining.

JOSEPH HORRIGANDr. Joe Horrigan, DC, DACBSP is the President of

the Soft Tissue Center and Horrigan SportsChiropractic in Los Angeles California. Hemaintains a private practice of chiropractic withan emphasis on soft tissue conditions andinjuries.Dr. Horrigan served for 5 years on the

American Chiropractic Board of SportsPhysicians as a Board of Director andChiropractic Sports Science Symposium Chair.Doctor Horrigan is an accomplished author withseveral scientific manuscripts and books to hiscredit.In addition to his clinical duties he is also a

certified strength and conditioning specialistand a member of the NSCA National StrengthTraining and conditioning association and he is acertified club coach with USA Weightlifting. Dr.Horrigan serves on USA Sports MedicineCommittee, USA Track and Field Elite HurdleProgram.He is an author and sport medicine columnist

for Ironman magazine and co-authors the sportsmedicine column in Inside Kung-Fu magazine. Hehas two books published, The 7-minute RotatorCuff Solution and Strength, Conditioning, andInjury Prevention for Hockey.

ANDY KLEINDr. Andy Klein, DC, DACBSP, CSCS received a BA

in Physical Education from Lehman College in1981, and an MS Ed. in Exercise Physiology fromQueens College in 1983. He received hischiropractic degree from New York ChiropracticCollege in 1987. He is certified as a Strength andConditioning Specialist by the National Strengthand Conditioning Association, and is boardcertified in Chiropractic Sports Medicine by theACBSP. Professional appointments includeappointed chiropractor for the USA at theGoodwill Games in 1998, and the Olympic Gamesin Sydney, Australia in 2000. He served as theteam chiropractor for the Minnesota Vikingsfrom 2002-2006. He developed the PhysicalTherapy 3 course, which emphasizes active careand rehabilitation, at Northwestern ChiropracticCollege and has instructed there since 1995. Heteaches postgraduate education for multiplechiropractic colleges, and has been practicingfull-time in the Physical Medicine andRehabilitation Department at Park Nicollet Clinicsince 1999.

DALE J. BUCHBERGERDr. Buchberger, MS, PT, DC, CSCS, DACBSP

received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree fromthe National College of Chiropractic (NCC), aMasters Degree in Physical Therapy from SUNYUpstate Medical University and is a certifiedstrength and conditioning specialist (CSCS)through the National Strength and ConditioningAssociation (NSCA). He is a former associateprofessor at New York Chiropractic College. He isa Diplomate and 3-time past-President of theAmerican Chiropractic Board of SportsPhysicians. Dr. Buchberger currently serves as anofficial Chiropractic consultant for the AuburnDoubleday’s (Single-A affiliate WashingtonNationals) and Syracuse University Athletics. Heis the strength and conditioning coordinator forthe Auburn Stingrays swim program. He is thePresident of Active Physical Therapy SolutionsPC, Auburn, NY. The American Chiropractic Boardof Sports Physicians named Dr. Buchberger 2009Sports Chiropractor of the Year.

BRENDAN MURRAYDr. Murray, DC, DACBSP has been a Sports Injury

Chiropractor for 20 plus years. He is a DiplomateAmerican Chiropractic Board of SportsPhysicians and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. He isthe team doctor for the United StatesWeightlifting Team and Post Graduate facultymember Southern California University HealthSciences. Dr. Murray has also been a member ofthe medical team for USA Water Polo, AVP tour,Pro Surfing tour. He is a national speaker for theACBSP Diplomate course for Sports Physiciansspecializing in Assessment and Rehabilitation ofthe Spine and Extremities. Dr. Murray has been ateam physician for different high schools overthose same 20 plus years. He is the owner of theInstitute for Spine and Sports Care in SantaMonica CA.

ANNE SORRENTINODr. Anne Sorrentino, DC, DACBSP graduated

from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Pharmacyin 1982. She practiced pharmacy in both thehospital and retail settings in New York and Iowa.She taught Toxicology on the college level and

continues to lecture on health, exercise andnutrition. Her concentration has always been inwomen’s issues.In 1988, Dr. Sorrentino received her Doctor of

Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.She became a Certified Sports Chiropractor in

1995 and completed ART certification in 2003.Dr. Sorrentino has served on Sports Medical

teams for several events, including the IRONMANLake Placid, the Keystone Games, and the MarioLeMieux Charity Golf Tournament.

JENNA STREETJenna Street, ATC joined the United States

Olympic Committee's Sports Medicine Division in2008 where she is currently the Coordinator,Sports Medicine Clinic Operations. In this role,she is involved in daily patient care on the clinicfloor, coordinates medical coverage for eventson complex, manages two AED programs, andoversees all emergency action plans. Street alsomanages the USOC Sports Medicine VolunteerProgram.Street earned her bachelor's degree in

kinesiology from Michigan State University. Sheearned her master's degree in educationalleadership and policy analysis, with aconcentration in higher educationadministration from the University of Wisconsin -Madison, where she also worked as a graduateassistant. As the graduate assistant athletictrainer, she worked primary with the Men’s andWomen’s Swimming and Diving teams.She is an active volunteer within the NATA

where she currently serves as the District 7Representative for the Young Professionals’Committee, and is a member of the Board ofCertifications Continuing ProfessionalDevelopment Working Group. She won the 2011and 2012 Robert Reed Award for Best Abstract,and the 2011 John N. Nash Award for bestmultidisciplinary abstract and is published in theBritish Journal of Sports Medicine. Street currently lives in Colorado Springs,

Colorado and enjoys running, hiking, camping,and skiing.
