Philosophy is the root and foundation of all things or matter and there causes.in this course I have learned a lot of things and their causes. This helped me to improve my critical thinking and problem solving skills and ability, communication skills, and social or ethical responsibility. It also improves my personality as a student and a son.one of the topics that I have learned and I admire because of his philosophical thought was Plato. He was a philosopher in classical Greece. This theory always reminds me that the world where we live with was not our real   home it was just a training ground or some like a battle ground that has a lesson to learn with. That God   created the world for us to understand what is the true meaning of life.

On the other side, one of the greatest philosopher that I have learned was the famous Aristotle. Like his teacher Pl   ato, Aristotle’s philosophy aims at the universal. Aristotle finds universal in particular thing which is the essence of thing but his teacher focus on universal form. Also Aristotle suggested that the reason  for anything coming about can be attributed to four different types of simultaneously active causal factors. The Material cause which describes the material out of which something is composed, the Formal cause which is the arrangement of that matter, the Efficient cause which is "the primary source", or that from which the change under consideration proceeds, and lastly Final cause from which is its purpose, or that for the sake of   which a thing exists or is done, including both purposeful and instrumental actions and activities. As an engineering student it helps me improve my critical thinking and problem solving skills.

It help us to develop our critical thinking and problem solving skills and ability as well as our communication skills and most of all our social or ethical responsibility.
