Simon L. Dolan - Chairman

Simon L. Dolan joined ESADE Business school in 2001. ESADE is ranked amongst the 10 best international business schools in the world. He has been a full Professor of HRM/OB at the School of Industrial Relations, The University of Montreal for over 20 years. He had obtained his Ph.D. from the Carlson Graduate School of Management, the University of Minnesota.

Prof. Dolan has written extensively in the joint fields of human resource management, industrial/organizational psychology, managing wellness, business Coaching and culture reengineering. He has published more than 120 papers in referee journals, and over 53 books, many translated to half a dozen languages other then English. Many of his books became “best selling” in the management field.

Prof. Dolan speaks several languages. He is a very solicited speaker and has given over 600 speeches and conferences around the globe on issues pertaining to the management of people, culture audit, and other related themes. Currently is the holder of ESADE Future of Work Chair that launches many innovative programs including the Talent management Forum and the Executive in residence program.

Prof.. Dolan has been the president and founder of the Montreal-based Consulting firm (GESTION M.D.S INC.) which provides services in broad issues of human resource management for over 30 years. In 2005 he forged a joined venture with the Dutch Octrium Ltd, dedicating to the development of futuristic HRM software. For the past 12 years MDS is involved in training senior executives in West and North Africa (see; : www.groupemds.com) where the major sponsor is the World Bank. He has a long track of consulting in Canada and the US, in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and recently in Latin America. Along with his team, he had carried over 700 projects of consulting. Karl-Heinz Oehler

Karl-Heinz Oehler serves as Vice President, Global Talent Management for the Hertz Corporation. His responsibilities include Talent Acquisition, Succession & High Potential Management, Performance and Career Management, Organizational Learning, Organization Development & Design, Human Capital Measurement, and HR Due Diligence and Post Merger integration. His work at Hertz has been recognized with the “HR & Business Success Award” and the overall winner’s accolade – the “Dave Ulrich Award of HCM Excellence” – at the 2011 European HCM Excellence Awards.

Karl-Heinz has over 30 years of extensive global experience in three main areas: global Human Resources and Organizational Development (OD), senior line leadership positions, and provision of consulting services. He has deep expertise in Organization Effectiveness (OE), having led global OD initiatives and change management programs and measuring their impact on business results. He has also directed major research programs on OE, which were subsidized by the European Commission.

Karl-Heinz is also an accomplished author, and has written articles on HR measurement for various publications, including Training Industry Quarterly and Talent Engagement Review. In addition, he has written a chapter for the "Executive Guide to Integrated Talent Management" book published by ASTD.

Throughout his career, Karl-Heinz has led large merger and acquisition initiatives with focus on HR and Organizational due diligence, post merger integration, and the development and implementation of cultural integration projects and programs. Karl-Heinz has worked with the Chinese government to assist with the set up of operating offices in Beijing, and a software development site in Xi’an.

Previously, Karl-Heinz created and managed the Geneva branch of Personnel Decisions International, a global OD consulting firm. Before joining PDI, Karl-Heinz worked 15 years in senior positions in human resources, organization development, and marketing & sales with Texas Instruments. He started his career in the airline industry with Sperry-Univac.

A German national, Karl-Heinz holds a Masters Degree in Social Psychology and a Masters Degree in Economics, each from the University of Dusseldorf. He has lived and worked in Korea, Singapore, the United States, Finland, Sweden, France, Switzerland and Germany. He is a member of the Association of Psychological Types. He is also a certified organizational auditor of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). Karl-Heinz based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Over fifteen thousand Polish entrepreneurs, executives, mangers and students have participated in this project.

Since 1997 Prof. Raich is Chairman of Learnita LTD, the Innovation Enabler; a London based company, focusing on innovation based business development. The business cases developed by Learnita have a scope from several hundred thousands to several hundred millions of Euro of potential new revenue. Funda Acarseki

Funda Acarseki graduated from Istanbul University Department of Economics. She has been working for Isbank for more than 15 years. She now works as the Succession Planning and Career Development Unit Manager. Prior to this position, she worked for Change Management Board and coordinated the HR workstream that aimed restructuring the whole HR function of Isbank. She also worked for the Economic Research Division and HR Department over the course of her career.

Dolunay Bulut

Dolunay Bulut received her BSc in International Relations from the Middle East Technical University and completed her MBA at the University of Birmingham. She has been working for Isbank since 1997 and has assumed various responsibilities within the HR function. Recently, she is the Unit Manager of the Assessment Center. She is certified as SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) by the HR Certification Institute. She is married with a lovely daughter.

Debra Clawar

Debra Clawar is the Global Head of Talent Management, Leadership Development and Staffing for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Division located in Basel Switzerland.

Debra has spent her career in both line and staff roles including Operations, Sales, Strategy, Communications and Human Resources. She started her career as a Clinical Associate at Walden Counseling and Therapy center where worked in the therapeutic practice and management consulting. Subsequently she worked in different capacities with American Capital Access, i-Deal and the Actaeon Group before moving to AXA Equitable as Assistant Vice President Employee Relations. She worked in several positions of increasing responsibility within AXA Equitable including Head of Talent Management North America. Prior to joining Novartis, Debra was working as Vice President & Chief of Staff and Communications for the same organization. Debra holds a Bachelors in Sociology with High Honors from Brandeis University, USA and also holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Yeshiva University, USA. Debra also holds a Certificate in Human Resources from the Cornell University Industrial and Labor Relations School.

Pablo Vercelli

Pablo was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1972. After finishing his Degree in Industrial Relationships he undertook, still in Buenos Aires, a Master degree in Human Resources and Organizational Change Management. Later on he completed an MBA in Warwick Business School in England.

Pablo has worked for various global organizations such as PPG Industries, ICI Paints and recently AkzoNobel, where he held a number of roles both in HR and Marketing. He is currently HR Director for the Decorative Paints business in the EMEA region at AkzoNobel.

At present he lives with his family (wife – Carmen, and 2 children – Joaquin and Maia) in the Netherlands

Rengin ONAY

The Coca-Cola Company - Human Resources Director Turkey Business Unit and Eurasia & Africa Group Office

Rengin Onay started her career in 1986 at The Shell Company of Turkey Limited. With increasing responsibilities she worked in various roles in Human Resources for nine years until she was promoted to the Public Relations Manager position in 1995.

Onay joined Eurasia Division of The Coca-Cola Company in 1999 which consisted of nine countries, Turkey and Caucasus and Central Asian Republics, as its Training and Development Manager. In late 2000 she was assigned to the HR Manager role of Turkey Region. She then assumed Eurasia Division Human Resources Director role which then became a 36 country operation in 2002 and held this role until 2007.

In April 2007, she joined Vodafone Turkey as its HR Director. In parallel she also assumed Chairman role for Vodafone Turkey Foundation. She played a significant role in organisational and cultural transformation and in the U-turn of company’s performance.

Re-joining to The Coca-Cola Company in October 2010, she currently holds HR Director role for Turkey Business Unit and Eurasia & Africa Group Office that consists of 92 country operations.

She is a board member of Coca-Cola Hayata Artı Foundation, Private Sector Volunteerism Association and is a founding board member of Common Purpose Turkey. Additionally she is the Chair of the Talent Acquisition and Education Work Group of YASED – International Investors Association in Turkey.

She is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of English Language and Literature and holds certificate diploma from Kingston Business School in Personnel Management.Rengin Onay is married ans has two children.

In March 2011 Tiffany wrote social media policy for Michael Page International.

From November 2010 to February 2011 Tiffany consulted Euro RSCG London management team, one of the UK’s top 5 creative agencies and helped them to launch advertising’s first social media monitoring and outreach laboratory as a managed service.

In 2010 Tiffany launched data.gov.uk the UK Government’s data repository and the largest in the world, working with Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the creator of the Web, and Professor Nigel Shadbolt, Head of Artificial Intelligence in the UK.

She is the former Head of Public Participation (social media) for the UK Government, advising the government on how to get better at engaging with the public online. The first of its kind, the role encompassed building digital capability in the civil service as the UK Government strategic lead on all social media training, tools, skills and capability as well as how to involve the public in policy curation on and offline.
