1, Click on the top right corner dropdown and select “Settings” to add all your data. You can also see your network code here.

3, Click on “Platforms” on the menu bar on the left. Click on connect to add all your channels.

4, Click on “Gallery” on the left menu bar to see all your uploaded images.

5, Click on “Account” on the left menu bar. Modify your email address and username here. You can also close your account by clicking on the “Close account” button.

6, By clicking on “Subscription, you can see your current plan and upgrade to more advanced ones. Read details about subscription plans by scrolling further down.

1, Click on the top right corner dropdown

You can already see a list of your current talents here- if you click any of their names, the platform will switch to their influencer profile. You will see the same things they do, and you can access their campaigns to upload their contents, modify their profiles or message brands in their names.

Click on settings to have a look at all your talents.

2, Click on “Talent” on the menu bar within your profile. Modify your share of their works, or remove them from your agency here.

3, Click on any of their names to access every statistical detail about them. You can also download their profile for offline access.

4, Click on “My Talent” on the menu bar on the top. See all your talents with their number of followers and engagement. Click on their names to access their profiles or you can download all by clicking the button above their pictures.

5, Tick their box, and our system calculates the selected talents’ total and unique reach. Click the arrow to access further statistics.

6, You can filter your talents by their nationality, reach, age, gender, and the category they chose. You can also filter based on their audience’s age, gender and location. Click go to do so.

7, To find one or more of your talents, you can search them by their names, used platforms and credibility statistics.

ADDING NEW TALENTS

1, You can add new talents in the “Find campaigns” section of the top menu bar. Click add talent, fill in their names, emails and passwords, and set your desired commission. Click add when you’re done.

2, You can also send invitations to talents by providing their email addresses and your desired commission. Just switch to invite on the top.

You can search for campaigns for each of your influencers individually. Select a name from the dropdown, and our website will show you all the ads that match their profile.

S APPLYING FOR CAMPAIGNS

You can click on each campaign to access general information and the Ad Brief. Make sure to read the brief carefully before you hit “Request Booking”. After clicking the button, your talent’s collaboration will officially be on.

Before you apply one of your talents for a campaign, you have the option to bid on it’s fixed fee. Important: You only have this option if you have a stated number of followers. Click here for more information.

SCANCELLING REQUESTS AND

ABORTING CAMPAIGNS

You can withdraw your talent’s application request before it is accepted without any (financial) consequences. After your ad is in “Work in Progress” status, you can only abort it. To read more about its costs please click here.

You can message the advertiser with any further questions and problems by clicking “Messages”.

To review your talents’ campaigns, go to “My campaigns” on the top menu bar, and select their name from the dropdown.

After your request for booking is accepted, you can find under “My campaigns” and “To Do”.After your content is live and accepted by the advertiser, you should find the campaign under “Closed”.

CAMPAIGN INTERFACEIf you click “Payment” you can see the fixed fee again, the product payment (if your campaign has any), and the payment methods. Important: If you switch payment methods after your request for booking is accepted, you will get your money according to the one that was set before.

CAMPAIGN INTERFACEYou can upload your talent’s content by clicking “Content” on every campaign’s menu bar, after your request for booking is accepted.

You can upload previews by clicking “Upload preview” under “Content” on the menu bar. You have to select the photo or video from your computer and hit enter.

CAMPAIGN INTERFACEAfter the upload is completed, you and the brand can see your content. You have to wait for the Advertiser to accept or reject it.

After the preview was accepted you can select the content from your talent’s channel. Make sure t select the right post(s).

CAMPAIGN INTERFACEOnce the upload is complete you should see the content on the right. The performance of the post can be seen below.

After you uploaded your talent’s content(s) your work in the campaign is done. Don’t forget to click “Finish” at the end. Now you can lay back, and wait for the Advertiser to accept your work, and for your payment after.

After your work is complete, your talent can review the partner by clicking “Review” in the campaign’s menu bar.

You can find your talents’ reviews and references in their Profiles.

Here you can see all the payments your talents have received, and pending ones too. If you click on one of the payments, our website will automatically open the influencer’s profile to whom the payment was sent.

Click on invoices to see your previously requested invoices, and see your talents’ total earning on the left.

REPORTS

You can access statistics of all your influencers here. Select a social channel on the left, and click on a talent’s name to open their profiles. To download their data, tick the box next to their names and hit download on the bottom. To download your previous statistics again, just switch to exported reports on the menu. Our system downloads all the statistics in pdf, so you do not have to worry about analysing or structuring them.

You can access your dashboard by clicking the Post for Rent logo in the top left corner. You can see all the recent activity in all your talents’ campaigns. You can easily switch to one of your talents’ dashboard by choosing their name from the dropdown

Hover over the bell icon in the menu bar to see your all your talents’ notifications. You can mark them all read by clicking the button on the top. You can edit your notification settings in your profile.
