From The District Game of Hope on January 25 The Milford and Turpin Basketball families are uniting once again to raise money for "The Cure Starts Now Foundation" and the fight against cancer on Wednesday, January 25, at 7:30 p.m. at Milford High School. Fans are encouraged to wear purple to represent all cancers. "Our Game of Hope is to honor Lauren Hill and to keep her dream alive to find a cure for cancer. Our Game of Hope represents all cancers represented by the color purple and this year the color grey to represent childhood cancer," shared Milford girls head basketball coach, Kristi McKenney. Game of Hope Highlights Game of Hope t-shirts will be sold at the event or at school for $10. Students get in free with purchase of a t-shirt. All donating will receive a #playfor22 bracelet Pregame recognition of all survivors, caregivers, and fighters, and a special tribute to Lauren Hill. Basket raffle, split the pot, and baked goods Layup for Lauren Challenge from 4-7 p.m. in lobby and halftime of the varsity game. Help support McCormick PTO by eating at Buffalo Wild Wings in Milford on Friday, February 10! BW3s will donate back 10% of your bill for carryout or dine in. Just show the attached flier in paper form or on your phone, and tell them you are with McCormick Elementary. This is the day of the Mother Son Dance so feel free to eat there for dinner before the dance.

your best 1950’s costume and win a prize! Break out the poodle skirts, black leather jackets, pony tails, and slick back hair. If your mom cannot come, bring your grandma,

aunt, or special friend.
