the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways for formation of two laning extension of Thuraiyur-Perambalur Road (SH-142) from Km 30/250 to 32/057 Km V.No.10 Aranarai (South) Village, in Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as

NOTIcE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 1286 sq.mts of dry lands in V.No.10 Aranarai (South) Village in Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District for the formation of two laning extension of Thuraiyur-Permbalur Road (SH-142) from Km 30/250 to 32/057 Km.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening SH-58 (Part.2) Kancheepuram-Arakkonam Road from km 68/850 to 70/380 Km No.59. Thimmasamudram Village, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram after considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Notice Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 5737 sq.mts of Wet, Dry and Manai lands in No.59 Thimmasamudram Village, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram District for the purpose to wit for strengthening and widening SH-58 (Part.2) Kancheepuram-Arakkonam Road from km 68/850 to 70/380 km.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and Office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Arakkonam in Ranipettai District may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Highways purpose of wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-23 Mayiladuthurai - Thiruvarur Road from km 04/500 to 05/020 km at Agarakeerangudi village, Mayiladuthurai Taluk, Nagapattinam District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following


NOTIcE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 579 sq.mts of Wet lands in Agarakeerangudi Village, Mayiladuthurai Taluk, Nagapattinam District for the purpose of width for Strengthening and widening of SH-23 Mayiladuthurai - Thiruvarur Road from km 04/500 to 05/020 km.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Kumbakonam and office of the Special Tashildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sirkali, may be inspected at any time during office hours.
