Energy The electric power in Tanjung Lesung is supplied by Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), a public electric company. PLN currently generates electricity by diesel, supplying 40% of Tanjung Lesung electricity.
Waste Water The central waste water system manage by tanjung Lesung infrastructure
Telecommunication It is very easy to access internet in Tanjung Lesung, supply by TELKOM Indonesia, a public telecommunication company. There is a mobile telecommunications network company on the site from many providers.
Estate Management Good quality road works and drainage management. Overall landscaping and signage management
Water The central water system only supplies and manage by Tanjung Lesung infrastructure. Residents outside of Tanjung lesung area extract water directly from rivers or drill wells themselves.

NON FISCAL BENEFITS
• Foreigner/Foreign Corporation is allowed to own residence/property in KEK (landed house or apartment unit).
• Owner of residence/property is permitted to live with managing business entity of KEK as a guarantor
• Exemption of PPnBM and PPn is given for luxury goods. • In KEK, Wage Council and Special Tripartit Cooperation Institution (LKS)
are formed • There is only 1 (one) Labor Union/Trade union (SP/SB) Forum in each
company. • Validation and Extension of the Expatriate Employment Plan (RPTKA) in
KEK. • Extension of Expatriate Work Permit (IMTA) in KEK.
• Visa-on-arrival facility for 30 days and it can be extended five times and 30 days for each.
