The Tantus|OnPoint Joint Venture was formed under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Program in 2006 between Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Protégé) and OnPoint Consulting, Inc. (Mentor), to provide the Federal Government with high-quality, IT support services.

Our approach combines people, processes and tools to manage ITS-SB efficiently and effectively, while supporting emerging technology, optimizing performance metrics, and reaching the Small Business goals of this contract.
About ITS-SBThe Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region (ACC-NCR) and Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Soft-ware and Solutions (CHESS) has awarded Information Services-Small Business (ITS-SB) to obtain IT services to support the Army’s enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals within CONUS (for this acquisition, CONUS includes Alaska and Hawaii). ITS-SB, a multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indef-inite-Quantity (IDIQ) task-order contract, will provide the Army with a full range of innovative, world-class IT support services and solutions.
The purpose of this acquisition is to support the Army’s Enterprise Infrastructure and Infostructure goals with information technol-ogy services at a reasonable price, consistent with DoD and Department of Army policies on standardization and interoperability. The government intends to conduct this acquisi-tion under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.
