Area of Experience: Maintenance & Operation, Factory/Plant/Facility and Management,
Installation/Erection of 720 bpm CSD line & 600 bpm water line, Supply Chain Management;
Responsibilities:
i. Responsible for operation and maintenance, installation, commissioning, erection and
maintenance of 720 bpm carbonated soft drinks & 600 bpm water line and
supervision of German commissioning team consisting of arround100 members for
the new beverage plant of Coca-Cola International Beverages Private Limited with
all electrical, mechanical & civil works.
ii. Responsible for operation and maintenance, installation, commissioning, erection and
maintenance of 40 Bar & 10 Bar Compressor, VAM Chiller, Ammonia Compressor,
more than 100 Pumps, coolers and other plant machineries with all electrical,
mechanical & civil works for the new beverage plant of Coca-Cola International
Beverages Private Limited.
iii. Responsible for operation and maintenance, installation, commissioning & erection of
11 KV Substation, 2000KVA Diesel Generators, 4 ton Boilers including overall
SOP, BOP, operations & maintenance planning, spare parts management and overall
supply chain system with all electrical, mechanical & civil works.

iv. Responsible for installation, commissioning, erection, operation and maintenance of
Water treatment plant & Effluent treatment plant, including all the electrical,
mechanical & civil commissioning and operation of Activated Carbon filter, Aeration
tank, water tanks, UV filter, Micron filters, Degasser tower, PSF, Bore well, Aeration
tank, Equalization tank, Clarifier, IRF system, Flocculation system, Coagulation
system, Sludge drying bed, collection tank etc.
v. Responsible for spare parts management, technical & commercial verification of the
equipment quotations for project & plant machineries, planning & other procurement
relating to project & plant machineries.
vi. Verification of the overall drawings & layouts for all he civil constructions, mechanical
constructions and electrical installations as per Coca-Cola USA global requirement
and responsible for execution & supervision of the overall electrical, civil and
mechanical activities of the project.
vii. Scheduling & planning for operations & maintenance activities, manpower planning,
overtime management & production planning.
viii. Responsible for TPM (Total performance Management & Total Productive
Maintenance) in all aspects of factory, including ensuring all 8 pillars of TPM such
as: Autonomous Maintenance (Jishu Hozen), Kobetsu Kaizen, Planned Maintenance,
Quality Maintenance, Training, Office TPM, Safety, health & Environment, ensuring
5S in the factory etc.

Responsibilities:
i. Supervise, monitor and control the process parameters of 30 TPD Air Separation Unit plant
(Liquid Oxygen Plant), which produces Liquid Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon including
overall supervision, operation and maintenance of distillation column, 80 feet long Cold box,
72000 rpm Gas turbines, 700 KPa Air Compressors, Absorber Bed, Driers, vacuum pumps,
High, mid and low temperature chillers, compressing pumps, all types of actuator valves,
regulators etc.
ii. Supervise, monitor and control the process parameters of the Compressed Industrial and Medical
Oxygen Gas Filling plants, Dissolved Acetylene gas cylinder filling plant, Liquid Carbon-Di-
Oxide production plant, Carbon-Di-Oxide gas Compression plant, Nitrous Oxide Gas
Compressing plant, FS 125 Compressing Station and cylinder Test Shops.
iii. Responsible for supervision, monitoring, operations and maintenance of 11KV Substation,
metering panel, 11KV transformer, CT, PT, design & drawing of overall electrical and
mechanical system of overall site and individual plants.
iv. Responsible for shift scheduling to include: work station assignments/rotations,
employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment,
back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
v. Installation and erection of 16.5 TPD Gas fried Carbon Di-oxide Plant project with all
the process plant equipment installation and electrical connection (full project
completion).
vi. Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of engine, manufacturing equipment, engine
assembly lines and manufacturing processes, as well as providing cost reduction
analyses, and improving manufacturing and assembly line processes regarding cost &
efficiency.
vii. Responsible for overall project electrical activities including power system, Generators,
transformers, cables, all types of breakers, contactors, relay, timers and other
protective device installation and maintenance & supervision of plant electrical
activities.
viii. Responsible for SAP PM day to day activity including spare parts maintenance,
maintenance notification, purchase order creation and completion of Good Received,
goods issue and completion of notification.
ix. Responsible for yellow belt & green belt project execution, CAPEX preparation &
planning, spare parts planning, inventory planning for overall project activities,
Attend teleconferences and work and communicate with regional managers all over
the world regarding different issues.

11 KV Substation, 2000 KVA, 500 KVA Generators, Boiler, LP & HP Compressors,
VAM Chiller, Effluent treatment plant, Water treatment plant, Pumps, coolers and
other plant machineries for the new beverage plant of Coca-Cola International
Beverages Private Limited.
v. Installation, erection and overall Supply chain management of 16.5 TPD Gas fried
Carbon Di-oxide Plant project with all the process plant equipment installation and
electrical connection (full project completion).
vi. Completed healthcare projects of Medical Oxygen products (8 months), which
dramatically improved product performance and quality. Also started shrink
wrapping for medical oxygen cylinders and bio-hazard cleaning procedure which
was regionally appreciated.
vii. Completed covered van tail lift operation project including CAPEX calculations and
proposal for using AC to DC converter for covered van tail lift operation project.
