I am so grateful for my Mary Kay business this time of year. With all the talk I hear about so many people out there workingso hard this season, I always take a moment to stop and think-that could be me. I'm grateful our business is based on theGolden Rule, where we try to treat everyone the way we'd wantto be treated. That kind of focus extends well past my personalbusiness into my life every day.

I can't believe we've already reached the last month of theyear! Where has it gone? If you're like me- you wish you had alittle more time and that you had worked a little harder in 2016. Most people set their New Year's Resolutions to begin January1st. Most experts say it takes 21 days to form a habit. . Eachday is a new chance to begin again. We can't do anythingabout the past- but we can change our future by starting smalltoday. Learn to ask yourself, "What's the next step to get whatI want?" All you have to do is figure that little part out- not howto arrive, but what the next thing would be. If you want to be adirector- start by booking interviews. If you want Queen'sCourt of Sales, start by calling 10 customers every dayand asking to book appointments. Take the overwhelmingelephant size away from the goal by focusing on the small partyou can do right now. It's amazing how much progress you canmake by just beginning.

I am committed to reconnect with many of you this NewYear! I am starting a new ZOOM conference Call the firstWednesday of each month. It is January 4th at 8pm centralthis month and I will get more information out on it nextweek. My friend Linda Goode is coming over to teach me thebasics! I would like to focus on product knowledge there areso many new items that you might have questions on. Lookingforward to hearing from you if you are interested.

This is such a good time to thank you for being the loyal andsupportive person that you are to me and Mary Kay! Especiallyat the Holiday season I always thank God for my Mk life andfriends!
