Specialty Instrument Marking Tape fits all instrument sizes and conforms to the smallest, most irregular shapes. It is available in 11 colors for maximum flexibility in color coding. Instrument Marking Tape is supplied in 200" rolls, packed one roll per handy, reusable metal tin. Minimum order is six rolls; the colors may be assorted.

Use Specialty Instrument Marking Tape to designate your surgical instruments by function, doctor or operating room. This durable, vinyl tape with pressure-sensitive adhesive sticks on contact and remains securely attached. It will not inhibit sterilization by steam or ethylene oxide. Resistant to acids, alkalies and oils, it is unaffected by regular cleaning and won’t change the weight or feel of the instrument.

Specialty Tapes and Labels for Sterile Processing

IMPRINTED TAPE

Color coded edges may be printed with a color bar of yellow, green, red, blue, brown or black. Colors may be assorted to achieve quantity pricing. To indicate color border, please put the color number after the Catalog Number CS-003. For example: CS-003-4 for tape with a red border.

Plain, printed and color coded tape for use with steam autoclaves allows you to select exactly what you need.Specialty Autoclave Tape sticks tightly to paper, cloth, glass, metal and plastic. Supplied in 60 yd. rolls, tape can be used to seal the bundle and identify its contents. Mark the tape with pen, pencil or marker; order it pre-printed or with any of six color edges.

Dark, diagonal stripes appear on the tape to provide a visual indication of the bundle’s status after processing in a steam autoclave. It is easily removed after use, will not damage the material or leave any residue.

A $25.00 minimum order is required.

Prices are F.O.B. Bellwood, Illinois, unless otherwise specified. Foreign import duties and exchange rates, if any, are additional.

Terms: Net 30 days.

RETURN POLICYNo returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Shamrock's numbered return authorization form must accompany all merchandise returned.

Defective Merchandise: Should any Shamrock product prove to be defective, a claim for return must be placed within 60 days of shipment. Products shown to be defective and returned within this period will be replaced.

Stock Items: No return of stock items will be accepted after six months. A 15% restocking charge is imposed on return of all stock items.

Custom Items: Custom orders may not be returned.

QUANTITIESOver runs or under runs, not to exceed 10% of quantities ordered, will constitute acceptable delivery.

PLATE CHARGESDue to natural deterioration of printing plates, and in order to provide only top-quality products, Shamrock must remake its plates every three years. If an order is not placed within that time, a new plate charge must be made upon receipt of the next order.
