The Founder Chairman of Brundavana Trust and President of Tapovan School, Mr. J V R Sharma (M.Sc, Doctoral Fellowship, Digital System Analyst) has the passion for teaching in innovative methods with the support of latest technology. His ideology of education with Indian ethos and values along with International exposure adds essence to the growth and achievements of the institution. He has vast experience in Banking field and rendered voluntary services to the Central Banks of Malaysia, Nepal, Srilanka and also Reserve Bank of
India. His lectures at various forums like Chamber of Commerce are well-appreciated. His expertise in Digital technology has helped many organisations in digitizing viz., Canara Bank, Vysya Bank, National Informatics Centre, World Bank, IIM etc,. He also worked as guest faculty in many Engineering colleges and published articles in various computer magazines.
The Founder Secretary and Principal Dr. Mrs. J A Vani Sharma (B.Sc, B.Ed, MA, Dip-Inclusive Education) is the supportive hand with rich experience of more than 30 years in the field of education. She has worked with many reputed educational institutes like Kendriya Vidyalaya, Oxford Group of Institutions, Sri Kumaran's etc,. She is also associated with Community Service Organisations, like Bharat Vikas Parishad, Rotary etc,. And also has published articles authored in Times of India. Fee Structure
Cultural Programs, co-curricular activities are encouraged. Periodical picnics, field trips are arranged as they are important in upbringing. The School also desires to organize coaching classes by Professionals in Swimming, Scouts, Theater etc at an additional cost to be borne by the students. (It is feasible only if there is good response.)
9.15 AM to 3.30 PM (Monday to Friday and 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays). 2nd and 4th Saturdays are Holidays.
Periodic tests are conducted between term exams within the class room after completion of every unit.
The results of tests and periodical examinations conducted during the academic year are communicated to parents through progress report which will be issued at regular intervals. The promotional examination results of all the classes will be notified generally on 10th of April every year.
Students detained for two consecutive years are advised to apply for TC of the student concerned and withdraw their child / ward from the institution failing which the Principal's discretion is final.
Promotion is based on aggregate of periodic unit tests, examinations & projects of the complete year.
Games, Sports, Yoga, Karate, Dance and Music play an important role for the overall development of a student, hence they are compulsory. Parents should encourage their children to participate in such activities.
We have partnered with Xseed program for First STD to class Seven.
School Hours
All the students must be in the neatly ironed, complete prescribed uniform of the school.Once the student is inside the class room he/she is not permitted to leave the school premises without prior permission from school authorities.
examinations are normally conducted in September / October and March.
The result announced by the school is final and shall not be reconsidered under any circumstances.
All the students must be in the school premises before the school Assembly.
Relevant Transfer Certificate is issued by the school normally within seven days from the date of result. TC will be issued to the student only after verifying that nothing is due from him/her to the school and after obtaining declaration from the parent that the student continues his/her studies.
After the last date, fee is accepted with fine announced from time to time.
Second Term : 1st December to 31st March
Second Term : 10th December
First Term : 1st June to 30th November
Last Date for payment of Fees without Fine (Including 10 days of grace)
First Term Fee : 10th June
After the admission formalities of a new entrant is over, under no circumstances, the fee paid is refunded fully or partly even though the pupil is withdrawn from the institution due to any reason on the part of the parent/pupil concerned.
Parents shall enforce strict discipline among their children while at home and should supervise their class work / homework. Parents shall not enter school premises and disturb class rooms during class hours. They are given an opportunity to meet the school authorities / teachers in periodical parent teacher meetings.
If any student has arrears of fee, he/she will neither be allowed to write the examination nor TC will be issued.
Parents shall obtain official receipt issued by the school on payment of fees at the school office or providing bank payment details to the office. Any other mode of payment is at the risk and responsibility of the parents.
Parents are earnestly requested to co operate with the school authorities in fulfilling their obligations promptly to avoid any unpleasantness of a pupil being reminded repeatedly either for non payment or for irregular payment of school fees.
Parents and well wishers of the school are earnestly requested to co operate with the school authorities in all matters pertaining to the school in the interest of their ward studying in the school.
Rules & RegulationsTo Parents Children are admitted into the school after assessing their level of achievement in core subjects with a view to guide them.
As the school is unaided, no concession in fees is entertained.
Successful candidates are required to pay the fees prescribed and in the manner decided by the Trust from time to time. Tuition fees is payable for 12 months starting from May to April. Payment is accepted only in cash or credit to Tapovan School Collection Account maintained with Corporation Bank, Jigani. SB A/c No 128800101002306.or to Tapovan School E-Account No 33663863425 maintained with State Bank of India, Jigani. However payment for Dress, Books, T-Shirt, Sweater, Blazer should not be credited to these accounts. These payments are to be made directly to respective vendors, hence should be paid in cash at school office.
Parents are requested to note that admission into the school is for one full academic year and not for part there of.
All candidates admitted are required to submit the application form duly filled and accompanied by birth certificate in case of admission to 1st Standard. The original TC (Transfer Certificate) along with promotion marks card for standard 2nd and above.
The normal attendance required for a pupil for promotion to higher class during an academic year is 80%.
During Winter vacation in last week of December
Cover your wards with appropriate insurance policy applicable for students from injury during school hours.
Students must be present without fail on the re opening day of the school after every vacation.

While school authorities take all possible precautionary measures to ensure the safety of the child, they can not be held responsible for any untoward incident involving the child or his ill health. Regular attendance and punctuality will be insisted upon every student studying in the school. Late comers or absentees, without proper authorization will be viewed seriously.
