Grading is determined by:

• how fast the tasks are completed

• how accurate the measurements are

• selecting the right ingredients

Controls• a mouse is only requirement

Cooking Step Mouse Control

Select Groceries Click on food that is needed

Slice Move in vertical downward direction

Chop Left-click and move mouse to the left

Measure/Pour Ingredients Left-click and brought downward

Shake Moved from sided to side

Stir or Change Temperature Dials

Move in clockwise direction

Tossed/sautéed Move up and down continuously

• when playing, there is a guide at the bottom of the screen

Strategies

• make the food as quickly as possible

• pay attention to what method is needed (stir, chop, etc.)

• watch mouse diagram

• measure the ingredients at the exact amount

• prepare the plate just as you are instructed

• resembles kitchen & techniques used in the real world

• there are appropriate appliances (stove, blender, oven, etc.)

• at the end, the picture of the finished plate is shown along

with a printable recipe• the prepared dishes are able to

be made in real life

Improvements• should expand food choices to appetizers and

desserts

• besides only having main dishes as a choice, this game

is a great game that does not need other improvements
