The Sunday Times Top Track 100 is now in its 17th year and ranks the UK’s biggest private companies by sales:
• Sales between £630m and £20bn
• 40% have profits of more than £100m
• Staff typically between 500 and 20,000
• 35% are backed by private equity
• 65% operate internationally
Fast Track helps sponsors to win new business from the owners and directors of the UK’s top-performing private companies, ranging from the fastest-growing to the biggest, through seven private company annual league table and awards event programmes with The Sunday Times.

• We run seven private company annual league table and awards event programmes with The Sunday Times and have a proven 21-year record of delivering good ROI for our sponsors, which are given exclusivity in their sector on each league table they sponsor
• More than 4,750 companies have featured on our league tables over the years – they represent half of the UK’s c2,300 private companies with operating profits of over £3m, and almost all with profits over £20m or sales over £250m; and founders and directors of these companies continue to attend our alumni dinners as speakers and guests
• Fast Track is an independent company owned and run by Dr Hamish Stevenson, who founded it in 1997 with support from Sir Richard Branson; and who holds an associate fellowship at Green Templeton College, Oxford University
