Cancellation Cottages are only let on the understanding that in the event of cancellation, a charge amounting to the full tariff will be made for any accommodation not re-let over the reserved period. every effort will be made to re-let accommodation on guests’ behalf.

Insurance We strongly recommend that all of our guests insure against holiday cancellation or delay. To cover these contingencies Tresco estate can offer insurance for travel to the Isles of Scilly. Should guests want to use their own insurance provider, they should ensure that their chosen policy covers all forms of travel delay, including weather conditions.

Departure /Arrival Check-in and check-out times vary according to the cottage (typically 1pm in – 9.30am out and 4.30pm in – 12.30pm out). Guests will be advised accordingly when they book.

Children Tresco offers an idyllic environment for family holidays and we pride ourselves on catering to the needs of children, including cots, high chairs, children’s menus and dVds. Should you have any specific requirements, please ask at the time of booking.

Dogs We regret that dogs are not permitted to stay on Tresco. however, they are welcome at the hell Bay hotel on the neighbouring island of Bryher.

Car to Cottage We offer a “car to cottage” ticket in conjunction with Skybus. This ticket includes Tresco shuttle to and from St Mary’s quay and boating across to and from Tresco. At every stage of the journey on the islands, guests will be assisted by Tresco estate staff or contractors.
