ConcessionsFull-time students, Australian social security card holders, Veterans’ Affairs pensioners and Health Care card holders are eligible for concession package prices. Seniors Card holders are only eligible for concession prices in the Matinee, Family Classics and Serenade series. To claim a concession, please enclose photocopied proof with your booking form.

Seating preference If you are booking for the first time please indicate in which section of the hall you would prefer to be seated.

nb: hobart master 12 concert package subscribers and all launceston 5 and 6 concert package subscribers will retain existing seats, unless otherwise requested, if renewal form is received by close of business on 21 november – otherwise we cannot guarantee any particular seating. Ticket exchange As a season ticket holder you can exchange tickets to any equal value seat at any concert in the TSO season, subject to availability. Each ticket exchange incurs a service charge of $5.50.

Missing ticketsIf you misplace your season tickets please contact the TSO Box Office to arrange replacements. If you forget your tickets on the day of the performance please come to the Box Office at the venue one hour before the concert and you will be issued documentation to enable you to gain access to the concert.

Processing of season ticket applicationsSeating will be allocated strictly in date order of receipt within each season ticket category. The categories are prioritised as follows:

Requests for a seating change must be in writing and lodged with the subscription renewal form. Changes, where possible, will be done in strict date order of receipt.

Payment by cheque, money order or credit card must accompany your application. (Cash and EFTPOS payment are only possible if your application is lodged in person at the TSO Box Office in Hobart.)

Flexible payment option You can pay for your season tickets by credit card in five equal instalments. These deductions take place on the 15th day of every month commencing in February 2009, and concluding in June 2009.

Applications received after 15 February 2009 will not be eligible for this option.
