The Shanks for Mem-ories will certainly take your tastebuds for a ride, while the wallaby shanks, slow cooked with mushrooms, pepper berries, Bruny Island hot smoked cheek bacon, onion, garlic, tomato and red wine, served with a crusty roll are also hard to beat.
