In its endeavor to become a global company and employer of choice, TCS has created a new platform of learning and development for global talents -
“ACE” – The Career Development Program.

Benefits of the ACE program in India
ACErs have the possibility to get absorbed after 1 year internship, for full employment
TCS India covers your return ticket upon completion of internship
2 weeks of free accommodation provided on arrival
Attending the National Global Village and ACE Conference (held in different cities across India)
Monthly stipend plus food coupons raise up to ~600 USD (35,000 INR) scholarship – which is enough to give you a standard quality of life in India
Health Insurance provided by TCS India during your stay
Social Life, we have over 70+ AIESEC Interns across India
