SERVICE DESCRIPTION
• Deaf and hard of hearing person contacts 112 by SMS or video call• Video calls and SMS are received by Georgian sign language call takers• To use the service customers need to register on 112 web page • After registration Profile Activation is necessary from our part• The message is automatically reflected in the new opened session to any randomly chosen
operator in active status

GPS TRACKER
• Constant access to LEPL 112 (including out of coverage areas)
• 100% global coverage via the Iridium satellite network, which is the world's furthest-
reaching satellite communications network system and send SOS signal to 112
• GPS accuracy to +/- 5 meters
• Chance to get instant message about accident from any geographic area of Georgia
• Send and receive free-form, 160-character text messages outside of cell phone range.
• Maintains a satellite signal lock even in difficult GPS environments and embeds precise location coordinates in sent messages
• Waterproof/dustproof (IP67; standard submersion to 1 meter for 30 minutes)
• Impact-resistant (Mil-STD-810G for shock)
• 100 hours of battery life in 10-minute tracking mode with a clear view to the sky

FREE APPLICATION, AVAILABLE ON THE TERITORRY OF GEORGIA
Advantages:

Functions:

MOBILE APPLICATON
• The mobile application will be written for Android, IOS and Windows phones;
• The maps integrated in the mobile application for Android phones will be integrated from Google maps, from IOS Apple maps and for Windows from Bing maps respectively;
• The system will be written not on cross platform, but rather on native languages for more compatibility
• If there is no internet connection SOS information will be sent via text message;
• In case of no internet connection, tracking GPS points will be collected and simultaneously sent when in the range of connection area;

eCalleCall is a service designed to provide quick emergency response in case of a road accident, anywhere on the coverage area.
Functions:
• Advance protection and safety;• Reduce fatalities caused by road accidents and related injuries;• Generated automatically via activation of in-vehicle sensors when a serious road
accident occurs;• Or manually by vehicle passengers;
If no passenger is able to speak, a ‘Minimum Set of Data’ (MSD) is sent to the PSAP:
• The exact location of the crash site;• The triggering mode (automatic or manual);• The vehicle identification number; manufacturer; color; model range; • A timestamp;
Together with one of the local companies 112 Georgia will start the testing of GeoCall system on over 3000 cars which have GPS trackers that can detect car crash.

MapsThe maps will be integrated in our ERC (Emergency Response Center) system;
• Call center operators will be able to see map visuals for locations received in various forms;
• All of the video cameras located on the territory of Georgia will be marked on the maps, with live streaming option;
• The possibility of marking the certain areas on the map and sending various notifications to those mobile app users that are located or entering that specific geo location;
• Location defined from 112 services shall be reflected on the maps;
• The regions carrying the potential natural disaster risks will be marked on the maps;
• In case of several calls in the short amount of time from emergency risk regions 112 will be able to deduct the potential danger that may specifically occur in this geo location;
• Integrated with Geo GPS system (used for GeoCall);
• In case of traffic accident exact location coordinates can be shown on maps;
