The mini clip of the young professionally trained dancer moved me because I felt he was dancing to honour Jesus. Extracts from phone calls to TBN UK

Angel: She thanks us for TBN UK. It has a big impact on her life. She watches every day and she loves TBN. It helps her to grow as a Christian and she prays that the church will be united. It is a God send she says.

Annette: ‘Thank you TBN UK. I started watching three months ago. I’m a live-in carer and my faith is growing every day.’

Caroline: She fell and injured leg, and at that time she turned her TV up really loudly. She got in the bath and waswondering how to get out of it. Hope City Church was broadcasting at that time and the preacher was saying, 'You willnot fall, stumble, or slip.' She felt good about getting out of the bath. She did and now the leg is better and she can bend her leg. Thanks be to God.

Ann: ‘TBNUK has been absolutely great for me. Such a blessing. Bible study and prayers and everything! I get much more from TBN than I give.'

Anonymous: He rang and said he found the programmes interesting, refreshing and informative.

Rose: She telephoned to say that she was on her way to the Praise program yesterday and that she held out her hand to stop the bus, but it sped pass her. She was annoyed. But just after that a woman came up to her and said that shesaw what happened and wondered where she was going. She told her and she said that she too was on her way to the show.On their way this lady encouraged her to stay focused and in the present. She was excited as she felt that the Lord was confirming things to her. She lives in a council flat and for 7 years they promised to fit the kitchen and the carpet. They havedragged their feet about it and Rose has been very distraught about it. As we were talking the men from the council came to do the kitchen, but said that they were not told to do the carpet. Later on the men started ripping up the old carpet and Rose was laughing in the Holy Spirit as she felt God had sent them and to do all of the work that was necessary. She had to ring us and thank us for our prayers.

TBN UK Production Synopsis

Praise: We filmed two Praise programs, one at the very end of August and one in the middle of September.

– The first was a ladies special featuring Cynthia Garrett (London Sessions) as host; TV presenter, June Sarpong,as guest; Audacious Church’s senior minister, Sophia Barrett, bringing the Word; and the popular Philippa Hannaleading the time of worship.

– The second program was presented by Soul Survivor’s senior pastor, Mike Pilavachi; Roberts Liardon (God’sGenerals); and former Vineyard UK directors John and EleMumford as guests (Eleanor brought the evening’s mes-sage); and the KXC band from King’s Cross Church surrounded the night with praise and worship.

The Matt Bird Show: Matt Bird recorded four new episodes of his show looking at biblical relationships. Guests for theseprograms were KelleBryan, Karina Martin, Noel Robinson, and Josh Carter.

Partner Time: We continued to produce weekly editions sharing viewer feedback and behind-the-scenes information.

Praise at the end of August was hosted by Cynthia Garrett, known to TBN UK viewers by her popular programmes The London Sessions and The Mini Sessions.

Cynthia interviewed her good friend, TV presenter June Sarpong, about her work with the WIE (Women: Inspiration & Enterprise) network.

Sophia Barrett, senior minister at AudaciousChurch, gave an encouraging talk on staying in the presence of Jesus.

Sophia shared a moving testimony about how her faith helped her through health issues when home-schooling her children.

Singer-songwriter Philippa Hanna discussedwith Cynthia how she overcame identity struggles in her early career.

A TBN UK favourite, Philippa Hanna once again led an anointed time of worship on Praise.

Philippa Hanna and her band sang her hit Song “Arrow,” whose music video had been filmed in the TBN UK studios.

Cynthia and Philippa stayed behind after the show to minister with members of the Praise audience.

Cynthia Garrett was joined by her husband,Roger Charles, for a new season of The Mini Sessions.

Roger Charles filmed his own series, Proving Jesus, a persuasive look at the evidence for Christ.

Cynthia Garrett also recorded an episode of TBN Meets detailing her plans for a second set of London Sessions and a conference in South Africa.

Matthew Ashimolowo, senior pastor at Kingsway International Christian Centre, was another guest on TBN Meets. He revealed what’s next for KICC’s ministry.

Australian healing evangelist, John Mellor, prayed for TBN Meets viewers to be cured through the power of Jesus.

Simon Parry, from AllstarsKids Club, told TBN Meets allabout their new projects such as God’s Amazing Animals.

Karen Wheaton, minister of The Ramp, and Andy Elmes, senior pastor of Family Church, visited TBN Meets to promote their new youth conference in the UK.

Christian songwriters, Keith and Kristyn Getty, on TBN Meets recounting how they wrote “In Christ Alone” – the most-sung hymn in UK churches for the last 9 years.

Former pop star, now CEO of Advocate Agency, Kelle Bryan, appeared on The Matt Bird Show to look at “the principle of relational resilience.”

Karina Martin, founder of the charity Welcome Boxes, spoke to The Matt Bird Show regarding “the principle of social justice.”

International worship leader, Noel Robinson, explored “the principle of outward appearance” on The Matt Bird Show.

Children’s entertainer and media host, Josh Carter, came on to The Matt Bird Show featuring“the principle of family Loyalty.”

The KXC band, from King’s Cross Church, were the musical guests for the September Praise program.

KXC were led by Tom Eccleshall and Karen Gillespie, previous collaborators on New Wine and Worship Central albums.

Mike Pilavachi, the senior pastor of Soul Survivor, once again took up hosting duties.

Author Roberts Liardon described the inspiration behind his latest book, God’s Generals: The Martyrs.

John and Ele Mumford, former directors of Vineyard Churches UK, explained how they become involved in church planting.

Eleanor Mumford delivered an inspiring message about the importance of following God’s will.

The Praise audience responding to the Mumfords' experiences of miraculous answered prayers.

Mike Pilavachi concluded the night with a time of prayer and thanking God for the evening.
