    My bm nc - Lp t, nghim thu - Yu cu k thut, theo quy nh ti

    for installation and acceptance

    1 Phm vi p dng

    1.1 Tiu chun ny quy nh cc yu cu k thut lp t, chy th v nghim thu cc t my bm nc c in p lm vic di 500 V v cng sut t 200 kW tr xung thuc cng trnh thy li.

    1.2 Tiu chun ny khng p dng cho cng tc lp t, chy th, nghim thu my bm chm, my bm kiu tuc bin, bm pittng, bm ging, bm xng du, bm bn ct v cc loi my bm c in

    p lm vic trn 500 V, cng sut trn 200 kW.

    1.3 Ngoi cc yu cu ca tiu chun ny cn phi tun theo cc yu cu c quy nh trong cc tiu chun k thut hin hnh c lin quan.

    2 Thut ng v nh ngha

    Tiu chun ny s dng cc thut ng v nh ngha sau:

    2.1

    T my bm (22TPumping set)

    Mt t hp bao gm my bm v ng c dn ng my bm.

    2.2

    Lp rp (22TAssembly)

    Qu trnh lin kt cc chi tit v b phn my bng bulng hoc cc lin kt khc to thnh t hp my

    bo m chng hot ng chnh xc theo mt quy lut nh trc.

    2.3

    Lp t 22T(Installation)

    Quy trnh ni kt cc my mc, thit b hay cc b phn my vo v tr mng my nh sn nhm

    lm cho my hay t hp my hot ng n nh.

    3 Lp k hoch v quy trnh lp t my bm

    3.1 Trc khi tin hnh lp t my bm cn phi lp k hoch v quy trnh lp t, bao gm cc ni dung sau:

    a) Tn d n, danh mc thit b, tin , a im d n, quy phm p dng v cc iu kin k thut

    quy nh;

    b) Biu tin thc hin;

    c) Biu nhn lc;

    d) Qun l an ton;

    e) Qun l cht lng;

    f) Cng trnh ph phc v lp t;

    g) K hoch s dng thit b thi cng, dng c lp t v dng c o;

    h) Bin php lp t;

    i) Sn hon thin sau lp t;

    k) Chy th my bm ti hin trng.

    3.2 Quy trnh lp t my bm do nh thu thi cng lp tu thuc vo kiu loi v kch c my bm s c lp t.

    4 Kim tra, tip nhn mt bng v thit b trc khi lp t

    4.1 Yu cu chung

    4.1.1 Ch u t phi cung cp cho nh thu thi cng lp t cc h s lin quan n qu trnh lp t c cp c thm quyn chp thun. H s bao gm:

    a) Cc bn v xy dng c lin quan n lp t;

    b) Cc bn v lp t my bm, cm chi tit, trng lng v kch thc ph b ca tng cm chi tit;

    c) Ngi i din v gim st kim tra lp t;

    d) Thi gian v tin lp t;

    e) H s thng mi.

    4.1.2 Sau khi tip nhn h s do ch u t cung cp, nh thu thi cng lp t my bm phi lp v thng qua ch u t bn quy trnh lp t. Ni dung ca quy trnh lp t bao gm:

    a) Quy trnh lp t cho tng chi tit v tng th;

    b) Bin php t chc thi cng: s dng ngun nng lng, b tr nhn lc v phng tin k thut,

    phng php nng h v g lp phc v lp t;

    c) Bin php m bo an ton lao ng v v sinh mi trng;

    d) Thi gian v tin lp t ph hp vi yu cu ca ch u t.

    4.2 Kim tra v tip nhn mt bng

    4.2.1 Cc hng mc cng trnh chnh nh sn bm, sn in, nh trm, mng my, rnh t cp phi c hon thnh trc khi lp t my bm. Trong trng hp va xy c va lp t phi c s

    thng nht v tin thi cng v bin php m bo an ton cho ngi v thit b.

    4.2.2 Vic giao nhn mt bng, v tr lp t my bm do cc n v lin quan thc hin. Trong bin bn bn giao phi ghi r cc ni dung chnh gm:

    a) Tim mc mt bng v v tr mng my;

    b) Cao v chiu dy sn t my bm, sn in;

    c) Kch thc h ch lp my;

    d) S lng, khong cch v kch thc l bu lng mng;

    e) Ngy b tng mng my.

    4.2.3 Sai lch cho php ca cc ng tm mng b tng, khong cch tm cc l bu lng, cc kch thc trn mt phng ngang, cao mt b tng, kch thc ca l bu lng, khng thng ng l

    bulng c quy nh bng A.1 ph lc A.

    4.2.4 Sai lch cho php ca cc mng my lp t cc t my kiu trc ng nh sau:

    a) i vi loi my bm hng trc trc ng: x dch ca tim ng ca mng my ng c in

    v cc tim ng mng cc trc trung gian v ng ht khng c qu 10 mm.

    b) i vi loi my bm ly tm trc ng: x dch tim ng ca mng my ng c in, mng my

    cc trc trung gian v mng my bm khng c qu 10 mm.

    4.2.5 Ch c php lp t cc t my bm khi b tng mng my t cng thit k.

    4.3 Kim tra v tip nhn thit b

    4.3.1 Kim tra thit b

    4.3.1.1 Kim tra chung

    Bao gm cc cng vic sau:

    a) Tho b bao gi, lau sch du m bo qun;

    b) Kim tra s ph hp ca thit b vi h s thit k:

    - Ngun gc xut x ca thit b;

    - Thng s trn nhn mc ca thit b;

    - S lng: tng th, tng cm chi tit v chi tit ri i theo thit b so vi h s thng mi (bn k

    ng b chi tit sn phm ni cung cp thit b);

    - Thi gian xut xng, phiu kim nh cht lng hng ho hp l;

    - Ti liu hng dn lp t v vn hnh;

    - Kim tra b ngoi my (vt nt, vt lm v cc h hng khc).

    4.3.1.2 Kim tra my bm

    Bao gm cc cng vic sau:

    a) Kim tra s lng v cht lng cc bu lng , l bu lng trn u ni ng ht, u ni ng y;

    b) Dng tay quay nh na khp ni trn trc, bnh xe cng tc phi quay trn;

    c) i vi t my bm dng tho ri tng b phn ring bit, phi tin hnh kim tra tng b phn,

    cc chi tit quay trong , cc chi tit khi lm vic c c xt. c bit kim tra k khe h gia bnh xe

    cng tc v vng mn theo bng tr s cho php, quy nh trong bng A.7 v bng A.8 ph lc A.

    4.3.1.3 Kim tra ng c in

    Bao gm cc cng vic sau:

    a) Kim tra cch in vi v;

    b) Kim tra chiu quay ca ng c phi ph hp vi chiu quay ca my bm;

    c) Kim tra m, nu ng c b m phi sy li trc khi lp;

    d) Kim tra cc thit b in i km.

    4.3.1.4 Kim tra khp ni trc

    Bao gm cc cng vic sau:

    a) Kim tra lp cht cc na khp ni trc trn my bm v ng c in;

    b) xin tm v di tm cho php khi cn chnh khp ni trc quy nh trong bng A.2 ph lc A.

    4.3.1.5 Kim tra cc thit b ph

    Cc thit b ph ca t my gm van mt chiu, van hai chiu, van y v ch bm, van an ton. Kim

    tra ng m van, kha; s lng v ng knh cc l lp bu lng trn cc mt bch.

    CH THCH:

    1) Phi ghi vo bin bn cc kt qu kim tra;

    2) Cc chi tit v b phn khng m bo yu cu k thut phi x l hoc thay th theo ng yu cu quy nh.

    5 Lp t my bm

    5.1 Yu cu chung

    Ch c php tin hnh lp t my bm khi hon thnh cc cng tc chun b di y:

    a) Nghin cu h s k thut c lin quan: cc bn v v k thut v xy dng, s , nn mng, lp

    t, biu phn b, b tr t my;

    b) Lp k hoch lp t v quy trnh lp t ph hp;

    c) C mt bng lp rp iu kin k thut;

    d) B tng mng my t cng thit k;

    e) nh tm lp t.

    5.2 K thut lp t my bm trc ngang

    5.2.1 Lp t t my bm v ng c lp c nh trn khung b

    5.2.1.1 a t my bm vo v tr lp t

    Lm sch b mt nn. Qu trnh mc cp, cu v vn chuyn a t my bm vo v tr lp t phi

    tun theo ch dn ca nh ch to. Nu t my tho ri bm v ng c th khi t ln b phi t my

    bm trc, ng c in sau. Phi m bo ng ct trc bm nh trong thit k.

    5.2.1.2 Cn chnh t my bm ln th nht (cn chnh s b)

    5.2.1.2.1 nh v t my bm bng cc tm m bng thp t gia nn mng v b my. Cc tm m phi c t c hai pha ca mi bu lng mng. S dng mt cp cc tm m hnh nm s

    thun li cho vic iu chnh chnh xc.

    5.2.1.2.2 Cn chnh tm ngang, tm dc v chiu cao ca t my bm m bo sai lch cho php khng vt qu quy nh trong cc bng ph lc A.

    5.2.1.2.3 Cc tm m, tm nm cn chnh my phi ch to theo bn v hng dn ca nh ch to (nu c) hoc theo hnh B.1 ph lc B. S lng tm m, tm nm cn ti mt v tr cn m khng

    c ln hn 3.

    5.2.1.2.4 Cn chnh khng song song ca ming x (nu c) v khng vung gc ca ming ht;

    5.2.1.2.5 Sai lch khi lp t t my bm khng vt qu tr s quy nh trong bng A.3 ph lc A.

    5.2.1.3 b tng chn bu lng mng my

    5.2.1.3.1 Lm sch bn trong cc l lp bu lng mng ri lm m bng nc. Ch bc bo v phn ren ca bu lng mng.

    5.2.1.3.2 b tng chn bu lng mng my. B tng dng chn bu lng mng my phi c mc khng nh hn 300. Khi b tng phi c m cht.

    5.2.1.3.3 Lm cht tm thi cc bu lng mng.

    5.2.1.3.4 ng nh xc nhn kh nng vng chc ca mi tm m hnh vt.

    5.2.1.4 Cn chnh t my bm ln 2

    5.2.1.4.1 Cn chnh tm my bm v tm ng c in ti hai na khp ni trc vi 4 v tr cch nhau 90P0P, sai lch cho php quy nh trong bng A.3 v bng A.5 ph lc A.

    5.2.1.4.2 Xit u v cht cc bu lng mng, bu lng chn bm, bu lng chn ng c, bu lng hm chng ni lng ai c.

    5.2.1.5 Lp t ng ng

    5.2.1.5.1 Ch c php lp cc ng ht, ng x vi my bm khi b tng chn bu lng mng my t cng thit k v sau khi xit cht bu lng mng c nh t my bm vi b my.

    5.2.1.5.2 Trc khi lp ng ng ht, ng x phi lm sch bn trong ng v bn trong bung bm.

    5.2.1.5.3 Nu ng knh ng ht, ng x ln hn ng knh ming ht, ming x my bm, cn phi c mt on ng hnh cn chuyn tip, gc cn khng ln hn 10P0P i vi ng x v 15P0P i vi

    5.2.1.5.4 Khi lp ng ng ht, ng x phi m bo cc yu cu sau:

    a) S lng cc mi ni ghp v khuu cong l t nht;

    b) Mt cc mi ni ghp phi kn, mt bch cc ng thng phi song song vi nhau v cc l bt bu

    lng phi trng nhau;

    c) Trong qu trnh lp phi k, ng ng m bo khi xit bu lng mi ni ng khng gh, ko

    ming ht, ming x my bm;

    d) Cc thit b lp trn ng ng nh cc khp lp rp, cc van phi trng thi lm vic n nh;

    e) Kim tra li vic nh tm t my;

    g) b tng chn ng ng ht v ng x theo bn v thit k cng trnh trm.

    5.2.1.6 Lp giong lm kn kht p tp v khp lp rp

    5.2.1.6.1 Kch thc v cht lng ca giong lm kn phi ph hp vi ch dn ca nh ch to.

    5.2.1.6.2 Khi lp phi lp cc ch tip gip cc u vng giong lch nhau mt gc 120P0P. Khe h ch tip gip cc u ca vng giong t 3 mm n 5 mm.

    5.2.1.6.3 Khi xit bch p phi xit u cc bn.

    5.2.1.6.4 Xit cht ln cui khi th bm m bo lng nc r r cho php qua tp theo yu cu ca nh ch to. Khp lp rp khng c r r.

    5.2.1.7 Lp h thng bi trn trc t my bm

    Bi trn trc my bm trc ngang c th bng du hoc bng m. Chng loi v s lng ca cht

    bi trn phi tun theo ch dn ca nh ch to.

    5.2.1.8 Lp t h thng bm mi chn khng (nu c)

    Thng thng t my bm chn khng mi bm trc ngang c cu to phn bm v ng c in

    c cn chnh v lp c nh trn mt khung b . Lp t loi thit b ny theo ng quy nh

    trong h s thit k.

    5.2.2 Lp t my bm v ng c in cha lp trn khung b hoc c khung b ring

    5.2.2.1 Lp t khung b t my bm

    Thc hin theo trnh t sau:

    a) Lm sch b mt nn;

    b) a khung b vo v tr lp t;

    c) Cn chnh khung b ;

    d) Cn chnh tm ngang, tm dc;

    e) Cn chnh khng song song ca mt phng t bm v ng c in (i vi t my bm c

    khung b bm v khung b ng c in ring);

    f) Sai lch cho php lp khung b t my bm khng vt qu tr s quy nh trong bng A.4 ph

    lc A;

    g) Cc tm m, tm nm ca khung b thc hin theo quy nh ti 5.2.1.2.3;

    h) b tng chn bu lng mng my thc hin theo quy nh ti 5.2.1.3.

    5.2.2.2 Lp v cn chnh t my bm

    Thc hin theo trnh t sau:

    a) a u bm v ng c in vo v tr lp;

    b) Lp v cn chnh ng trc ca ng c in v bm. Xit u v cht cc bu lng lin kt. Cn

    chnh ng tm ca my bm v ng c in ti hai na khp ni trc 4 v tr cch nhau mt gc

    90P0P. Tr s sai lch cho php ly theo bng A.5 ph lc A;

    c) Cc bc tip theo thc hin theo cc quy nh t 5.2.1.4 n 5.2.1.8.

    5.3 K thut lp t my bm trc ng

    5.3.1 Yu cu k thut lp t my bm trc ng c trc trung gian, ng c in mt bch c ng knh nh v

    5.3.1.1 Lp t t my bm c khung b

    5.3.1.1.1 a khung b bm, khung b ng c vo v tr lp t v tin hnh cn chnh:

    - Cn chnh cao gia hai mt khung b ;

    - Cn chnh m bo ng tm gia khung b bm vi khung b ng c v ng ni tm

    gia hai khu b phi vung gc vi mt phng ngang. x dch tm so vi thit k khng qu 5 mm,

    chiu cao khng qu 10 mm v khng vung gc ca mt phng khung b khng ln hn 0,1 mm

    trn 1 m.

    5.3.1.1.2 b tng chn bu lng mng ln th nht c chiu cao bng 2/3 chiu cao khung b my. Yu cu k thut b tng chn thc hin theo quy nh ti 5.2.1.3. Sau 7 ngy kim tra v cn chnh

    li tm, song song ca khung b , nu t yu cu th b tng chn nt phn cn li.

    5.3.1.1.3 Lp t t my bm:

    a) Xit cht bu lng mng ca khung b ;

    b) Lm sch b mt lp ghp ca khung b bm, lp ging lm kn;

    c) a cm u bm vo v tr lp. Bt cht u bm vo b ;

    d) Cn chnh khung b bm m bo vung gc ca trc bm ti v tr khp ni trc;

    e) b tng gn khung b bm vi sn nh trm m bo mi ghp kn khng thm thu nc t

    b ht ln sn nh trm bm.

    5.3.1.1.5 a cm trc trung gian (trc truyn lc) vo v tr lp t. Cn chnh m bo ng trc ca trc bm v trc trung gian 4 v tr cch nhau 90 ti khp ni bm v trc trung gian.

    5.3.1.1.6 Kim tra, cn chnh song song ca mt phng b ng c vi mt phng ngang. Sai lch cho php ly theo bng A.6 ph lc A.

    5.3.1.1.7 Cc tm m, tm nm dng cn chnh my thc hin theo quy nh ti 5.2.1.2.3.

    5.3.1.1.8 b tng chn khung b ng c: thc hin theo 5.2.1.3.

    5.3.1.1.9 Lp t h thng ng ng x :

    a) Ch lp ng ng x khi b tng chn bu lng mng v khung b t cng thit k;

    b) Trc khi lp ng ng x phi lm v sinh sch bn trong ng v bn trong bung bm;

    lng trn hai mt bch phi trng nhau, ng ng x phi c chn v lp c nh vi ng ray.

    5.4.2.4 Lp t ng c in:

    a) i vi t bm c cu khp ni mm thc hin theo quy nh ti 5.2.2 ;

    b) i vi t bm c cu khp ni cc ng (ni ch thp) thc hin theo quy nh ti 5.2.2 nhng tr

    s sai lch khi cn chnh cho php ly tr s tng ln 2 ln tr s sai lch tng ng ca khp ni mm.

    6 Vn hnh th nghim

    6.1 Yu cu chung

    6.1.1 Chy th nghim cc t my bm phi c mt ngi chu trch nhim chnh v lp t chng.

    6.1.2 Trong thi gian chy th t my bm phi chp hnh nghim chnh cc quy nh ca nh ch to v s ln khi ng lin tip cho php ca ng c v khong thi gian gia cc ln khi ng.

    6.1.3 Khng c tin hnh cc cng vic trn cc t my bm vi cc na khp ni trc lin kt vi nhau khi ni mch vi ng dy ca trm bin th.

    6.1.4 Khng c tin hnh khi ng my bm khi van ng ht ng, tr cc trng hp ring c quy nh trong cc ti liu ch dn ca nh ch to.

    6.1.5 Ch cho php chy th my khng ti khi b tng trong nh trm bm t cng thit k.

    6.3 Khi ng v dng t my

    6.3.1 Trnh t khi ng t my:

    a) ng van trn ng x. i vi my bm hng trc, van trn ng x phi m hon ton;

    b) m bo ng c sn sng khi ng;

    c) m bo mc nc b ht cho php vn hnh my bm;

    d) m bo cc iu kin cn thit cho vn hnh my nh lm kn, bi trn, lm mt;

    g) Xc nhn p lc y t n gi tr cho sau khi chy ht tc ;

    6.4 Chy th khng ti

    6.4.1 Chy th khng ti kim tra tnh trng t my bm lp t. Trong qu trnh chy khng ti, pht hin v loi tr cc sai st, khim khuyt cha c pht hin giai on lp t.

    6.4.2 Trong qu trnh chy th cn theo di s hot ng ca t my bm, cc thng s v tc , rung, nhit , cc h thng lm mt, bi trn... Nu pht hin thy khuyt tt th dng my, tm

    nguyn nhn v sa cha. T my chy th khng ti phi m bo cc yu cu sau:
