Combined CCTV & IR Temperature Monitoring Camera For Mission Critical Applications
Description The TC4 TempCam™ is a cost-effective, multi-point video/temperature monitoring system designed for close quarters monitoring inside mission critical electrical or mechanical equipment. The real time temperature of up to 6 user identified objects within the TC4 TempCam™ field of view (50º or 75º) can be monitored continuously on a SCADA or Ethernet network. The on-board CCTV camera is designed to facilitate a simple way to initially align the device and identify desired temperature targets. Once installed the CCTV camera can be used to immediately visually check the installation when an alarm occurs. The TC4 TempCam™ features a ruggedized design that allows operation in industrial temperature ranges and harsh electromagnetic environments. This product has been designed specifically to provide an inexpensive option for long term, automatic monitoring of hard-to-access temperature/fire vulnerable industrial equipment.

Monitor Up To 6 Spot Temperatures The setup and network monitoring software for the TC4 TempCam™ allows the user to identify up to 6 temperature monitoring objects within the video field of view of the TC4 TempCam. Streaming temperature data will then be provided for each object. Once the temperature targets are created each camera on a network can be monitored via a software interface that provides a visual or infrared view and provides continuous data on the temperature of each object for each TC4 TempCam. The software also allows for creation of various warnings and alarms base on a wide variety of criteria.
