located Express Centers, backed by over 225 satellite-tracked
delivery vehicles and dedicated couriers astride motorbikes,

Islamabad under one roof, initially launching off with 30 seats
and aiming to accommodate 300 employees at a time, the contact
center offers TCS customers various channels of communication.
The contact center is fully equipped with a customized IP based
Intel solution.

Realizing the potentials of Supply Chain Management in Pakistan, TCS launched its
Logistics Wing as a registered company in 2002 as TCS Logistics (Private) Limited.
TCS Logistics has 3 divisions, namely (a) Overland Express,
(b) W&D (Warehousing & Distribution), and (c) Fleet Solutions. TCS Logistics employs
898 professionals, working day and night to add value to your businesses.
TCS is currently maintaining a fleet of over 225 vehicles (doubling every 2 years),
covering approximately 1.5 million kilometers per month, with a mammoth workforce
of 432 drivers and 66 workshop staff. National Energy Conservation Centre (ENERCON),
Govt. of Pakistan, has declared TCS Logistics as the ‘Best Fleet Management Company
of Pakistan’.
TCS Logistics is the 3rd largest satellite-tracked, fleet management company in

W&D (Warehousing & Distribution), a division of TCS Logistics was

felt on the supply chain canvas of the country. W&D has an envious

industry segments anywhere in the country. W&D already has over 200,000
square feet of multi-user Warehousing facilities in the country, which offer
efficient and economical warehousing services by employing carefully

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by its customers. TCS Logistics

Intiana Private Limited, a separate registered company of TCS, commenced its operations in May 2004.
The division is playing a major role in the uplift of the country’s dormant travel & tour industry. Intiana provides

or leisure travel, the company offers exclusive packages to its customers. Intiana also offers customized

customers by facilitating the entire visa process. Visa Drop Box facilities for visa applicants are provided

The division gained momentum with the commencement of its services in all major cities by providing
