You can see that the biggest chunk is for compensation and benefits

But the next largest slice of the pie is for student financial aid

So, Im giving you some examples

Recently committed as a Cabinet to put more money from the operating budget into the financial aid area

Financial aid will continue to grow year-over-year as a result of this dedicated effort to set aside more and more funds for student financial aid

In FY2008 , total aid was $65.4 million and total enrollment was 8,668. Aid averaged $7,546 per student.

In FY2015, the total aid budget is $133.4 million and total enrollment is 10,033. Average aid per student is $13,293 per student.
