Objective

Purpose of this session?

• To identify guiding behaviours and values that we believe are important to be a successful team

Group Brainstorm

• In your groups, brainstorm the following…• What behaviours or values do you need to

‘live’ in order to be a successful team ?

- You have 10 minutes- Use the butchers paper- Rules of brainstorming – accept all comments, no right or wrong answers

Refine Your Answers

• In your groups - Decide on the top 3 behaviours/values• Provide 3-5 specific examples of how as a team you can

positively demonstrate these behaviours

- You have 10 minutes- Use new sheet of butchers paper- Don’t share your answers with other groups just yet

Your Challenge

• In your groups create a piece of artwork that represents your 3 chosen behaviours/values

Guidelines– You will have 15 minutes planning time– 45 minutes to produce your artwork on a canvas– Everyone must physically contribute to the artwork– Will be required to ‘present’ piece to rest of team– Enjoy!
