  • KASUS 1CIMSA UIN pada tahun 2014 sedang berhadapan dengan jadwal projek yang padat, dan di tahun tersebut CIMSA UIN baru saja melakukan penerimaan anggota baru. Dan disaat yang bersamaan sebagian anggota yang lama sedang mengalami penurunan kinerja dan mengalami kejenuhan. Anggota yang baru tersebut mendapatkan tugas untuk membuat acara Team Building CIMSA UIN.Bagaimana cara anda untuk membuat acara Team Building, termasuk isi acara dan strategi dalam mengajak teman teman CIMSA UIN yang lain

  • Kasus 2CIMSA lokal UIN di tahun 2014 mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menjadi host di salah satu national meeting CIMSA. Kepanitiaan sudah terbentuk dan ketua dari acara tersebut sudah dipilih, sebut saja Tono. Selama menjadi Project Officer dari acara tersebut, Tono dalam sebulan sekali rutin mengadakan rapat untuk memantau perkembangan setiap divisi. Di hari Jumat ini diadakan rapat untuk kesekian kalinya untuk melihat kinerja dari tiap divisi. Setiap divisi mulai mempresentasikan laporannya. Anto salah satu panitia selalu bertanya, berkomentar dan memberi saran setiap koordinator presentasi akan tetapi terkesan menggurui. Sedangkan Tini, setiap kali Tono bertanya bagaimana tanggapan dia mengenai kinerja salah satu divisi Tini enggan memberikan komentar apapun. Mendekati akhir rapat, divisi acara presentasi mengenai kemajuan acaranya dan meminta divisi danus untuk membantu di hari-H. Dipilihlah Toni perwakilan danus, akan tetapi Toni langsung menolak dan engga membantu divisi acara.Identifikasi personality behavior nama-nama yang ada diatas dan bagaimana sikap Tono dalam menyikapi beberapa personality behavior dalam teamnya tersebut
