INFANT TO ADULT1 Corinthians 13:11When I was an infant, I spoke as an infant, I

thought as an infant, I understood as an infant. But when I became a man, I did away with the things of an infant. (KJV)

Mature communication is about putting away things that interrupt communion in the Spirit.

This is not purely about transferring information, but it is also about securing unity in our team structure.

Mature communication puts out fires before they get out of control.

Effective power transfer is ensured.
