If so, then we’re offering you a chance to take part in the free TeamPlay course:
• Meet in a small, local and friendly group.
• Find out practical ideas to help children be active, happy and healthy.
• Discover helpful ways of communicating feelings, developing self-esteem and improving family relationships at home.

Courses run for 8 weeks and do not run for
2 weeks over the Easter break.
