"D" Discipline

QQS"D" is a unique programme for all TEAMWISE employees. It builds up a company culture from people's involvement initiative, creation and motivation. The programme starts at second half of 1997 and during the past years QQS"D" becomes mature and it's spirit will be extended forever. This programme is divided into different groups, which contains Engineers, Administration Staffs and Operators. Setting up a monthly topic on main subject of QQS"D" task, weekly Brain Storming session on overall review and make suggestions, to have competition between other groups. Best suggestion and improvement plan will then be followed up by the coming months. Best employees and best performance groups are selected monthly and summarize annually. It lets TEAMWISE employees to create high standards within the company.
