Starting conditions: A KNX System mustbe available for configuration of tebis KNXdomovea.

First specify the building or group structure.

Next, define the devices to be used and assign themto the corresponding rooms or groups.

Now create the IP cameras, if available, and specifywhich bus events will cause the camera images to bedisplayed, for example.

Now the ETS or TX100B data is imported and thegroup addresses are assigned by dragging anddropping the objects.

Finally, save all the data. The user can now open theclient and use the intuitive user interface.

All the available tebis KNX functions can be obtained using the attractiveuser interface with its contemporary look, whether using a fingertip on a tablet computer or touch panelor using a mouse on a conventional home computer. The eye-catching icons can be understoodimmediately and intuitively operated. Thus tebis KNX domovea not only extends the possibilities foryour customers but, above all, it simplifies them. Put another way, tebis KNX domovea can do more,and your customers can do less.

From scenario to sequenceWith tebis KNX domovea, you can call up complex scenariosvery easily. Here, one command entered by the usersimultaneously triggers several other commands.For example, the "Leaving home" scene switches all the lightsoff, closes the roller shutters and drops the temperature to anenergy-saving 18 degrees. However, tebis KNX domoveagoes further: Using logic sequences, chronological processescan be configured. By editing these processes, the user canat any time stop, alter or delete a sequence.

From device to houseIn addition, your customer not only has the individualfunctions at their fingertips but, if desired, the entire house.By activating the "House status" the entire property istransformed into the desired target state. Alongside theclassic "At home" status, you can configure up to sevenfurther modes, as required: e.g. "short absence", "longabsence", "monitoring mode", "night mode", "guest mode","do not disturb mode" and finally "manual shutdown".

Everything at a glanceIn the house overview, theindividual floors and roomsappear as virtual functionrooms. Central applicationssuch as lighting and rollershutter and blind controlscan be applied and controlledat this level using simpleicons. The central functionsare created automatically.

Always know what's going ontebis KNX domovea makes energy consumption visible: TheHager energy visualisation displays the consumption valuesmeasured on the internal energy counters in an overviewgraphic, showing instantaneous values or values over a longtime period such as days, weeks, months or years. Thereference periods can be compared with values from therecord file. This sharpens energy awareness and facilitatesenergy-saving.

Everything at a clickGo one level deeper and the user comes to the individualrooms. There he can call up and alter all of the appliedfunctions, individually. The current status of the outputs isdisplayed. All the rooms can be personalised by includingyour own images.

Ten eyes see more than twoWith tebis KNX domovea the user has the possibility, athome, to install low-cost camera surveillance: Up to 10 IPcameras can be included on the display. The cameras canalso be integrated into sequences, to send an image or ane-mail, for example. This way you can address the keyrequirement of your customers, time!

The size of tebis KNX domovea is especially evident when you see the small devices. For instance, thecompact domovea server required just six modular units on the DIN rail!This makes it perfect for retrofitting into existing KNX installations. Once the server is clipped in, theappropriate cables simply need to be connected - and the KNX and IP worlds are connected with eachother. Access is then achieved either in-house via the various clients or externally via the securedomovea Internet portal.
