Program Description:

BrainPop is an educational website or app with over 1,000 short animated movies for students in grades K-12; together with quizzes, supplemental information and related materials, covering the subjects of science, social studies, English, mathematics, engineering and technology.

Lesson Ideas/Usage: -Lesson Launch-Supplemental Material-Download graphic organizers-Study key vocabulary words-Multimedia learning (listening, reading) -CCSS quiz questions

-SL2: Integrate and evaluate information presented in diverse media and formats, including visually, quantitatively, and orally.

-SL5: Make strategic use of digital media and visual displays of data to express information and enhance understanding of presentations.
