1. Introduction:
The proposal is prepared to give an overview of design supply, installation and commissioning
of.
1. Solar Power backup system with 1000 Wp solar PV modules and 3-4 hours of backup
with grid charging option, at the roof top – stand alone system.
Pay back period – with DG set Less than 4 yrs
Area required on top of the roof top 10 Sq mtrs
Life of the SPV Panels 25 Years
Co2 emission saved per annum 600 Kg
Power generated from the system per annum 1800 units
Warrantee on inverters and charge controllers 2 yrs
Warrantee on Batteries 18 months.
Warrantee on Modules 10 yrs.

SOLAR RADIATION AND RADIATION MAP:
The position of the sun in the sky is critical in order to ensure system design which maximizes
energy output. It can be seen that majority of the time the sun is in the southerly direction,
hence we should orient the PV modules to the south, so that we can utilize majority of solar
radiation and achieve higher output. Based on seasons and solar position, the number of
daylight hours available also varies by the month.

4. Assumptions for Design:
The Solar Radiation Data’s are based on standard books & simulation software. The Mean
hourly Radiation Data between 8AM and 4PM is considered. The PV Power Plant is
bidirectional solar system. Module mounting structure will be mounted on top of the terrace.

Commercials :
Under Section 32 of Income Tax Act, profit making industrial, commercial and urban
establishments can avail an accelerated depreciation of 80% on Solar Power Generating
Systems and Solar PV Modules.
Additionally, incentives in the form of capital subsidy are available from the Ministry of New
and Renewable Energy, Government of India as per the scheme for Abatement of Diesel
Generation in Industrial Installations. These incentives are Rs 90/Wp upto a maximum of 30%
of equipment cost.
The net payback period is 4-5 years with the capital subsidy and 10 years without it. After the
completion of the payback period, the generation of power is free and all the power
generated from PV becomes power saved.
Prachi Solar will assist you to process the subsidy application with MNRE for this project.

commissioning and sanctioning from MNRE and nodal state agency.
Customer has to pay full invoice amount by A/C payee cheque to Prachi Solar, while signing PO.
7. General Terms and Conditions:
1. These prices are inclusive of Vat/CST.
2. All products are manufactured as per Prachi Solar design guidelines.
3. 100% advance payment along with confirmed purchase order.
4. Prices of the mentioned products are Valid for 30 Days.
5. Installation charges Rs.10,000/- per KWp are extra, and fabrication work to mount
modules as per customer choice is extra as applicable.
6. Entry tax/ octroi shall be charged extra.
7. Delivery shall be made either with ex-stock or within 4-5Weeks after the confirmation of
P.O
