The vacuum or air valves are essential for the protection of irrigation facilities, as they prevent the accumulation of air masses inside the pipes under pressure, and lung serve to draw air when the time of emptying of the pipes, avoiding crushing of the pipe by the creation of vacuum.l This valve incorporates the “WAVE SYSTEM“ closing, which allows to

expel higer air flows.l The materials used in this valve are thought having in mind the

requirements of the product of chemical agents used in the irrigation water. The working parts are made of sylicone, much more resistant to chemical products than the EPDM or NBR. Sylicone could guarantee a thickness of the valve from 0,2 Kg/ cm2.

Adjustable Direct Acting Pressure Reducer is actuated by a pressure responsive diaphragm, which seeks to reach equilibrium between hydraulic and set spring force. PRV is built of reinforced plastic that endows it with excellent hydraulic performance capabilities and high mechanical strength. It reduces higher upstream pressure to lower constant downstream pressure regardless of fluctuating demand or varying upstream pressure.
