Distance in free eld condition as per testing procedure of ISO: 8528 (Part 10) – 1998. It is made on sophisticated / special purpose CNC machines for consistency in quality and workmanship. Powder coated with superior nish with UV resistance powder coating. Insulation materials used are the best in the industry for better sound attenuation.

The engines for power generation from Scania are based on a robust designwith a strength optimised cylinder block containing wet cylinder liners thatcan easily be exchanged. Individual cylinder heads with 4 valves per cylinder

performance.

The engine is equipped with a Scania developed Engine ManagementSystem, EMS, in order to ensure the control of all aspects related to engine

in order to suit a variety of installations.

The injection system is based on electronically controlled unit injectors thatgive low exhaust emissions with good fuel economy and a high torque. Forfurther reduction of NO emissions the engines are also equipped with anx

exhaust gas recirculation, EGR, system developed by Scania. The enginecan be fitted with many accessories such as air cleaners, radiators and PTOs
