    Seams and stitching are

    essential aspects of agarment's construction.

    Unfortunately, theycompromise the water and

the fabric: seams and needleholes may be small, but they

will still leak. That's why theymust be completely sealed

    with sealing tape.

Laser beam seals the edges whilecutting due to the high

    temperature reducing or

    completely eliminating fraying. As

a result sewing of the edges is not

required in most cases. Laser cut

lines could be close or almost nextto each other. Laser cutting fabric

Bonded garment technologyallows for seamless look and feel,

A slimmer profile and less abrasion

to the end-user are achieved and

a bonded seam can also initiate

the stretch and recovery of thefabric, more so than stitching. A

    bonded seam can be waterproof,

an o er ex es s n mos cases svery beneficial. weighs less than a sewn garment.

The Ultrasonic sew f ree technology used high frequencymechanical motion of the vibrating horn combined with thecompressive force between the horn and the drum create frictionalheat at the point where the horn contacts the materials. Ultrasonicbonding results in a high degree of softness and breathability. TheUltrasonics can be used to cut, sew, and seal synthetic materials,

such as n lon ol ester ol eth lene ol ro lene urethanesand PVC, as long as they have at least a 60% thermoplasticcomposition.

The seam ultrasonics creates is stronger than regular needle andthread bonds, because needles create holes in the fabric that canweaken the material.
