Axel Redefine Thin Client Security Axel have pushed thin-client technology to its next logical stage by eliminating the operating system and BIOS, running RDP/ICA direct from the base hardware. This removes all user data, including user login accounts and all system files from the terminal, resulting in a true stateless device. Axel ultra thin client technology removes all possibility for virus contagion, malware attack and system file deletion or corruption, either accidental or malicious, as there are no system files.
Smartcard support is offered for environments where higher logon security is required.
