TECHNOLOGY USED IN EXPLORING THE POLAR REGIONS Ways of polar living and transportation have changed over the years. Instead of husky teams, explorers now use over- snow vehicles such as the Two-man skidoo where a team is tied together for a safe field travel. http://www.antarctica.ac.uk/images/in_pictures/vehicles.php
