For ease of app installation, dispatch and training, clients generally procure mobile Handsets from TechnoPurple.

TechnoPurple orders Mobile Handsets from corporate channels suggest by Manufacturers and occasionally price

may be higher than what is listed online or retail market for the same product.

Mobile Handset warranty and repairs shall be subject to Terms & Conditions laid down by Manufacturer and

availed through authorized Service Centres listed on Manufacturer’s website. TechnoPurple is neither authorized

nor liable to provide any warranty or repair services for any Mobile Handset procured through us.

Manufacturers or Users may upgrade Mobile Handset Firmware and Operating System. It is possible that such

Firmware or Operating System upgrade may change in working of GPS, RAM, Battery or Usage Permissions

thereby affecting the performance of TechnoPurple Mobile Tracking App to an extent of making it completely

unresponsive. It is advised to continue using the most compatible version of Firmware and Operating System

and upgrade it only after thorough testing and confirmation that new version of Firmware and Operating System

are compatible with the TechnoPurple Mobile Tracking App. TechnoPurple shall neither be liable for refund of

subscription nor compensate for any losses arising out of such situations.

Clients are free to procure Mobile Handset of their choice from any Manufacturer. TechnoPurple recommends

testing Mobile Tracking App thoroughly on few Mobile Handsets before processing any bulk procurement.

TechnoPurple Mobile Tracking App clearly indicates the app health and reporting status on app Home Page using

working as desired due to problem in GPS, Internet etc. It is advised to check the app Home Page regularly and

take corrective action of Red sign is seen.

TechnoPurple Mobile Tracking App may not give desired results if any of the following is true:

Internet 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi___33 is OFF

Date & Time are user defined and not network provided

Low Battery

Powered OFF

Flight Mode Enabled

Camera is less than 5 MP and without Flash

Battery less than 1800 mAH

High Battery consumption due to 3G/4G Internet, Roaming, inefficient GPS Module, screen resolution

Android OS Version is older than 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

GPS Module has weak GPS signal capturing capability

GPS Module reports wild GPS fluctuations

Incompatible or Battery consuming Apps are installed or used

App Settings:

App is in Offline / Indoor Mode

App Network Location is ON

Time is out of Working Hours

Outdated App Version

Loss of Data due to Network or Server Failure

App data or folders are tampered

TechnoPurple respects user privacy and Mobile Tracking App has enough features to ensure that tracking

happens only in working hours and controlled by app users by either switching off the app or making it Indoor. In

addition to data punched in by users on app, TechnoPurple only captures GPS Location, Battery Percentage and

important Settings of Phone. TechnoPurple in no manner whatsoever captures data from applications like SMS,

Call Logs, Email, Contact Book, Photos, WhatsApp, Facebook, Browsing History and Other Application Data.

TechnoPurple recommends Tracking Software Portal Admin User to keep password confidential and change it

regularly to prevent any misuse of data. It is important to deactivate Sub Users who are not authorized to access

tracking data or have left the client company. Comprehensive Login access report is available on portal to check

the IP Address and time of each login. TechnoPurple shall not be responsible for any loss arising due to misuse of

data on portal.

TechnoPurple recommends clients to try demo version of TechnoPurple Mobile Tracking App to understand the

usability of each feature before subscribing to paid services. Subscription charges shall be payable as annual

advance. In case of deficiency of service only due to reasons attributable to TechnoPurple, clients may opt for

cancellation of all their active subscription. Refund shall be processed against advance payment made by client

for unused subscription duration on pro-rata basis. For following reasons beyond control of TechnoPurple, we

would neither be liable for refund of subscription nor compensate for any losses:

Incompatible Mobile Handset Hardware

Incompatible Mobile Handset Firmware or Operating System

Incompatible browser used on Laptop / PC to access Tracking Software Portal

Lack of telecom connectivity

Lack of GPS signal

Error in Distance Travelled due to fluctuation of GPS Signal

Users not able to use app or Tracking Software Portal

Users not wanting to use app

Users changing Mobile Handset or App Settings

Resignation or removal of users from company

Lack of supervisor to monitor the users on Tracking Software Portal

Lack of desired results from usage of app

Completion of project

Closure of business vertical of company

Closure of company

GPS DEVICE

TechnoPurple offers premium quality GPS Vehicle Tracking Device that perform reliably in demanding

conditions. TechnoPurple commits to installation of device with 15 days of receiving 100% payment for Vehicle

Tracking Device and Tracking Software Subscription. Warranty, repair and performance of TechnoPurple Vehicle

Tracking Device shall be governed by following terms and conditions:

Vehicle wiring is sensitive area and for safety of vehicle and device, TechnoPurple Vehicle Tracking

Device should be installed by TechnoPurple Engineer, by person trained and certified by TechnoPurple

or under the supervision of TechnoPurple Engineer

Client shall procure SIM Card with active 2G Internet connection with 500 MB Data Pack at 10 KB pulse

rate and 10 SMS on a monthly basis

If Telecom SIM Card with active Internet / SMS service is provided by TechnoPurple, client shall be

responsible any misuse detected on SIM Card and any bill above Rs. 100 (2 USD) generated by Telecom

Company on monthly basis shall be charged to client

TechnoPurple Vehicle Tracking Device come with standard 1 year warranty provided:

o Device payment is 100% complete and subscription is active at the time of claiming warranty

o Device is used as per its intended purpose only and condition has not worn out

o Device is used in compliance with operation, maintenance and/or storage instructions and rules

o Device is not exposed to mechanical, chemical, thermal or physical impacts

o Device is not disassembled, components repaired or replaced by any unauthorized person

o Device is connected to correct power supply having suggested voltage range

o Device firmware is not tampered

o Installation wiring is not tampered

o Installation area is free of moisture and water

All non-warranty or post-warranty repairs and replacements shall be done at price set by TechnoPurple

and after 100% advance payment

Warranty, non-warranty and post-warranty service support requires uninstallation of device from

vehicle and the same shall be given within 7 days of intimation and subject to availability of vehicle

Warranty, non-warranty and post-warranty repair and replacements shall be done from TechnoPurple

Mumbai Office within 15 days of receipt of device with client bearing the shipping and technician cost

both ways

TechnoPurple shall neither be liable for refund nor compensate for any losses arising out of installation

of Vehicle Tracking Device and its non – functioning

Internet connectivity for Telecom SIM Card is dependent on tower availability in area and strength of

received. TechnoPurple Vehicle Tracking Device has no control over internet and shall not be

responsible for any loss of data due to network or server failure

Charges paid towards procurement of TechnoPurple Vehicle Tracking Device are 100% non-refundable
