RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Each team can contains max. of 2
members 2. A participant is allowed to be part of a
single team only and a team is allowed to
submit only one paper 3. The paper should be submitted as an MS
Word document (1 Hard Copy with Soft
Copy) with Times New Roman Font (Size 12, Title Size 14) on the day of
presentation
4. The following details must be at top of paper

2. A person can play in only one team. If this rule is violated, team will be disqualified.
3. Coordinator’s decision will be final.

Robo-Race RULES & REGULATIONS
1) A team may consist of a maximum of 4 participants.
2) Participants have to build a single robot. The
competition is based on time trail system, there will a qualifying round for each team.
3) 3 hand touches are allowed with penalty of 3seconds.
4) Participants in a team can be from same or different Branches or colleges.
5) Your machine must be ready when call is made for
your team. 6) Violation of rules will lead to disqualification of the
respective team.
8) Machine may not contain any readymade kits. 9) The decision of the Judges and Organizers will be final
and binding to all.
ARENA
Track width is 30cm.
Arena will consist of Slopes, speed breakers,
marble pits, slippery path, curve ramp down,
hanging bridge, sea-saw, slotted ramp, Stones, Rotating disc etc.
Wire should remain slack under all circumstances during the competition. Wire should be properly
insulated and stacked.
ROBOT SPECIFICATION:
Max Size: 25x25x25 (LxWxH) in cm
Maximum weight : 2.5 kg
Distance Between two wheels : more than 12 cm (Along Width )
Maximum voltage : 15 Volt
Wire length : 6 meter (minimum)

3. Max Time allotted - 4 hrs 4. Clay & Bamboo Sticks will be provided

Concrete Cube Testing 1. To prepare Concrete Mix Design of M30 to give 80%
strength after 7 days curing
2. At the day of event concrete cube should have age of 8
days. 3. The concrete should be made with natural ingredients
(without admixtures) & using any Eco-friendly material Without reinforcement or fibres & Admixtures.
4. For Concrete Mix Design adopt only IS method. (Use IS
10262-2009) 5. Casting of cubes & Curing should be done in Concrete
Technology laboratory of Participants College only.
6. Participants must bring design sheet at the time of cube testing signed by the Head of Department & the
concerned Faculty along with the Photograph, date and
Venue of casting of cubes. 7. In Mix design sheet, details of step by step calculations
are required with clear calculations of any other materials
used. The sheet should be signed by HOD and the concerned staff.
8. The given strength should not be less than or equal to 24
MPa (i.e.80%)
JUDGING CRITERIA
1. The given strength should not be less than or equal to 24MPa (i.e.80%)
2. Minimum Deviation of strength of three cubes.
3. Duly signed Mix Design Sheet by concerned college staff authority
4. Cement content.(minimum utilization of cement
content) 5. Use of Eco-friendly materials.

Circuit Designing RULES & REGULATIONS
