COMPANY PROFILE
Techtron is a well-established company founded in 1994. The
company started off by
working on machines in the snack industry. It did all the
Electrical and Electronical Control
Systems as well as the maintenance on the machines. In 2002 it
started manufacturing
machines for the snack industry. We saw the opportunity to build
high quality machines at
affordable prices due to an increase in demand.
The company has all its own machinery including precision CNC
Machines. With this
technology these equipment is built to high quality and accuracy
for lasting service. All
Electronical control systems and wiring is professionally done
internally by qualified
personnel.
The company does not only manufacture and supply equipment but
offers a good backup and
maintenance service. Spares and tooling is of high quality and
manufactured on
site. Techtron always keeps up with the latest technology and
upgrades are offered on a
regular basis to clients. Our mission is to constantly improve
the quality of the machines as
well as the quality and volume of the product produced.

Products
TEC F500 Gas Fryer
Gas fryer delivering 500kg/h product using a heat exchanger with
a package burner.
Submerger- and take-out belts are controlled via separate
inverters for better control on dwell
times. A stand-alone desktop control panel is supplied with the
fryer. Power supply 230V 3ph
4 wire supply 20Amp.

Gas fryer delivering 600kg/h product using a heat exchanger with
a package burner.

replaced independently. This shortens

Fines Removal Drum (Soft Products)
The fines removal drum separates the actual product from finer
maize particles.
Once product went through fines drum a good and clean product
will enter the Oven.
Power supply, 380 V 3ph 4 wire 2.5 Amps.

The fines removal drum separates the actual product from finer
maize particles.
Once product went through fines drum a good and clean product
will enter the fryer.

Adjustable height and speed control via Inverter ( to control
dwell time)

Rotary oven
●Volumes of up to 200kg/h can be baked & dried Oven uses LPG
and temperature is controlled with a digital PID controller with
the
drum speed control via Inverter.
Supply: 230 V 10 a Single ph. Satronic or Siemens controller for
safety and start - up of oven.

Slurry tanks are built with water jackets and elements to heat
the oil.

2 Separate agitators to prevent flavour settling.
