The Participation fee includes published conference proceedings, evening cultural program on Wednesday, dinner on Thursday, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages and the cost of the professional excursion.
Participation fee must be payed before the conference starts. The last possible date for cancellation is April 8, 2013. If the cancellation is not done by the mention date, the orginizer will charge you with half of the participation fee.
