TEG Designs provides a comprehensive service and delivery

methodology that supports a Client during the life-cycle of their facility

by servicing their requirements for growth and change resulting in the

relocation and/or renovation of the facility within the pre-agreed

constraints of time, cost quality and service. Currently, the range of

The journey has just begun TEG was established in 2008 in Riyadh,

then we started our branch in Cairo with a burning ambition to

This point related to the interior design and the Scope of Our work as the following:

Stage 01: Interior Work Stage:

A. Preliminary design stage:

- The team should visit the site and take accurate as built dimensions.

- Prepare Mood Boards to create a visual tool to inform of the overall ambiance of the place

- -The team prepares preliminary architectural and furniture layouts considering the required

employees' capacity and circulation in sake of achieving the best operation process, in

cooperation with the owner or owner representative.

- The team introduces the interior design ideas for the main spaces & areas mentioned above

by perspectives to clarify designs, finishing materials colors used and present to the owner

representative.

B. Design development stage:

- The team develops the design based on owner amendments and observations to reach the

final design.

C. Working Drawing stage:

1th indoor furniture:

- Setting general furniture layouts for tables, chairs, and waiting sofas

2st Setting drawing for ceiling:

- Setting working drawings for ceiling to all spaces and necessary details

3rd Setting drawing for tiling:

- Setting working drawings for tiling to all spaces and necessary details

4nd Setting drawing for internal elevations:

- Setting working drawings for internal elevations to all mentioned spaced above and

necessary details

5th Wood work:

- Preparing design Setting working drawings of all wooden work (Doors, Counters,

Handrails & partitions and prepare necessary sections & details.

Stage 02 Electro Mechanical work stage:

1- HVAC design

▪ Floors HVAC plan (Package units, Split Units, Exhaust, fresh Air & Air Curtains).

▪ Roof Level HVAC plan.

▪ Refrigeration pipes.

▪ HVAC schedule.

2- Electric design

▪ Lighting Layout.

▪ Power layouts.

▪ Power single line diagram.

▪ Panels load schedules.

▪ Low current layout.

▪ Low current riser diagram.

3- Plumbing design

▪ Water Supply works including cold and hot water supply piping for toilets and kitchen

areas.

▪ Drainage works for toilets and kitchen areas including piping, grease traps, trench grills.

▪ LPG works for main kitchen areas if needed.

4- Fire Fighting design

▪ Fire Protection systems for all the restaurant including sprinklers, fire hose cabinets and

fire extinguishers.
