INTRODUCTION

Dear Users!

Congratulations on buying the second version of ‘Jadoogar’, a bin file editor from ‘Elegance Lockmasters’. The first version deals with all kinds of Texas 4C Transponder calculations, and the second version deals with the 4D Transponder.

Presently ‘Jadoogar 2’ allows the user to add keys into the bin files of the following TOYOTA models: AURIS, AVANSIS, AYGO, COROLLA VERSO SMART KEY, LANDCRUISER, PREVIA AND YARIS, In addition, it will also work for the PEUGEOT 107 (CITROEN C1). We will also be adding more models on a very regular on-going basis and you will be able to access these automatically when you run your program. Just like standard virus checkers, as soon as you launch the product, you will be asked to download the latest updates or contact us by email. They are going to be payable, you can buy them as a single module on a very little price, if you need them.

As you know, in the locksmith industry, the 4D Transponder issue at present is a big problem. In all of the latest Toyota and Lexus car keys, the 4D Transponder has been used by the manufacturer. In the scenario of a lost key, every locksmith knows that it is not possible on most Toyota and Lexus cars, to add up a new key by just using the diagnostics equipment, like SBB and AD100 pro. Due to this, Elegance Lockmasters has developed Jadoogar 2 – BIN FILE EDITOR”.

Most auto locksmiths do EPROM related work now and then; this involves the soldering and de-soldering of EPROMS, and processors from different kinds of immobiliser boxes. Some auto locksmiths are even confident enough to add up keys into the EPROM directly instead of using diagnostics testers, because they know that the car is guaranteed to start if they write the key data directly into the EPROM or memory of the immobiliser box or into the ECU.

With Toyota and Lexus we have to do that at the moment, because there are no testers available in the market which can add up key data into the immobiliser boxes in the absence of one master key. If there is no master key available by the customer, then normally the dealer has to replace all of the electronic components of the car or as a minimum they have to swap the virgin immobiliser box, which is a very costly option for the customer.

‘Jadoogar 2 – BIN FILE EDITOR’ from ELEGANCE LOCKMASTERS provides the perfect solution to this problem and allows the user to save money and at the same time helps the auto locksmiths to generate more revenue!

How ‘Jadoogar 2- Bin File Editor’ works

First of all, you take the immobiliser box from the customer’s vehicle and open it. You will notice there is a small EPROM - they are mostly 8 pin surface mounted.

Simply de-solder it from the circuit board

And put the EPROM into the adapter to read it.

Use a programmer like XELTEK, OMEGA or Xprog M to read it.

Fig M.2

Read the File

Once you read the bin file it should look something like this:

Fig: M3

You then save this file as a binary file, i.e. “.bin”, in a location where you can remember it easily like your desk top or even make a folder called “BIN FILES” or “CUSTOMER DATA BIN FILES”. (Any suitable name that you can easily remember TO REOPEN THE FILE WHEN YOU USE IT AGAIN)

The Key Data

Fig M4

Read the key data with the help of RW4, Key Crypt pro, AD900pro or any other key cloning machine. When you read the 4D Transponder, the pages are going to look like this:

As you can see: Page1: 53, Page 2: 03 and Page 3: a,82 b,F8 c,C5 d,0C

Take the key which you want to register into the immobiliser box ensuring that it is the original key from the dealer; if it is not a dealer key then there is a strong likelihood that the car will not start. The reason why we urge you to use the dealer key is because the manufacturer has used a special Page No 1, for all Toyota Car keys to begin with. If Page No 1 data is not going to match with the manufacturer’s requirements then the car will not start. (Please refer to the chart at the end of this guide to see which key you need to add up for which car.)

Read the Original key with any machine like, AD900pro, Key Crypt pro, Zbull or Silca RW3, 4. Make a note of PAGE1, PAGE 2, and PAGE3. This is the key data which has to be entered into the ‘Jadoogar v2 BIN FILE EDITOR’ in the appropriate input

Open “Jadoogar V2- BIN FILE Editor” by double clicking on the icon

Firstly click the ‘MAKE’ drop down box arrow to select the make of your car and then select the Model of the car,

Then Insert the key data: PAGE 1, 2, 3, a-b-c-d

Then click the ‘Browse’ button to provide the input file (this is where you have downloaded your .bin file)

Fig: M5

Click, “APPLY”.

As soon as you click the Apply button, you will see the AMENDID BIN FILE on the right hand window of the programmer as displayed in Fig: M6.

Then click the “SAVE AS” button; name this file appropriately and save it in a suitable location where you can find it.

Fig M6

Now you have to write this amended file back into the EPROM, where you read the original file.

Fig M7

Re-solder the EPROM back into the immobiliser unit.

Fig M8

Put it back into the immobliser Box from where you took it out.

Fig M.9

Fix the Box back into the car from where you have taken it out.

Turn the ignition on and start the car. If the car is Petrol, it will start on first attempt and if the car is diesel, then there are chances that it might not start straight away. To start the diesel car you have to bridge the PIN 4 and PIN 13 for 30 Minutes. I normally leave it for 35 Minutes just to make sure. After

completing this sequence you need to press and release Break and Gas pedal together just to come out from the programming process. If you have done everything according to the instructions the car will start.
