SPECIFICATIONS

• Urea-formaldehyde resin free 3/4” A-C grade or better Plywood.

• 100% Acrylic Latex Primer/Sealer applied to front of plywood substrate.

• UL® Classified Intumescent Fire Retardant

Latex applied. Intumescent Fire Retardant latex tested to UL723, “Test for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials.” Latex Passed ASTM E-84 & NFPA 255

• Fire Retardant Latex Flame Spread Index is Class “A” Rated.

All ReadySPEC® Series products

include the following fasteners. Plymetal Tek Screws (12/24 x 2.5”) Masonry Screws (1/4” x 2.75”) Toggle Bolt w/ Washer (1/4” x 3”) Course Thread Wood Screws (12 x 2.5”) (Each backboard in a kit is allocated 6 of each of the above fasteners)

Touch-up paint and brush can be included in the single board kit as a Made to Order option. To order remove the (NP) from the part number. For example RB-A2424G is a Gray single 2’ x 2’ backboard kit with fasteners, touch-up and brush.
