QUALIFICATIONS

My Education background includes M.Sc. in Communication systems and BSc of Electronics engineering. Also recently I get a one year MBA Certificate. Before joining Telecom industry I was a freelancer Electronic engineer with dense background in Programming and Electronics softwares and R&D experience on FPGA/ARM processors. After getting masters degree in Communications I joined Huawei as a BSS engineer where I was able to take part in integration and swap of BSC/RNC/OSSs and also BTS/NB/eNBs at MTNi Modernization Project. Currently I am working as “Technology Roadmap and Network Solutions Expert” at MCI with a focus on 5G technology. At this job we are investigating released 5G standards E2E and work on testbeds to initialize moving towards 5G in Iran. Roadmap planning of Legacy networks is another role in this job.

Role: Technology roadmap and Network solutions expert, MCI Roadmap Planning department Achievements:

- Study and Document all 5G released standards on NFV, SDN, SON, MEC, Telco Could, V2X, D2D, Relay, Massive MIMO, 5G Spectrum, IoT, Orchestration and management, 5G Architecture, 5G Services , LAA, Dual Connectivity, RAN Sharing, etc. With a team including 20 doctorate and Masters students of Tarbiat Modares University.

- Design and implementation of the first Craniotomy Remote Surgery Robot with the Tarbiat Modares University to demonstrate eMBB and uRLLC Slices use cases of 5G in healthcare section.

Responsibilities:

− Understand and stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies & competitive landscape.

− Implement Testbeds to test new technologies e.g. 5G and IoT.

− New RNC/BSC (Huawei 6910 and 6900) installation /on site commissioning/swap/critical network activities

such as software up-gradation / Expansions and Rehoming.

− Integration and swap of (2G/3G/LTE [FDD, TDD]) sites in MTNi Modernization project and also on site

experiences.

− Analysis and prepare various network reports in order to assure the required QOS as per customer

requirements including ATP, PAT, PAC of RNC/BSCs.

− Handling dense plans in parallel to achieve goals as per plan and simultaneously cut off the costs by

arrangements and managing RNC/BSC project plan with AEC/NG/NWI&FRE subcontractors in 5 regions in

Iran.

− Diagnosis, Troubleshooting and Routine Maintenance of various BSS network elements.

− Attend and participate in various meetings with Customer and other vendors (MTN/NOKIA/Ericsson).

− Track and Prepare Material Deliveries (MR) and Payment Orders (PO) based on project scope.

Responsibilities: − Hands on FPGA design and development experience on Xilinx FPGAs and Code development.

− Experience with both Verilog and VHDL RTL design with Xilinx ISE Foundation.

− FPGA Verification & Debug experience using Chipscope and experiences in floor-planning, synthesis, and

placement & routing.

− Designing electronic circuits based on ARM microcontrollers and simulating them using "Altium Design" and

also draw the corresponding PCBs (Orcad/Allegro-Altium Designer).

a motor Inverter (ACS800) and fuzzy controller for a project in Parse Jonobi oil field.

4- Implementing two digital PID controllers on FPGAs (Xilinx Spartan 3E) In order to control two systems

simultaneously.

5- Circuit and PCB Design-implement and programming of an ARM NXP-1768 microcontroller board.

6- Designing a full IGBT based PWM inverter consisting soft starter, protection units, filters, IGBT snubber

circuits ,etc.
