– Group resource coordination & contention resolution.

– Analyze & integrate additional projects we would like to pursue in 2012

2. Training and Support (job posted)

– Prop 1D funded equipment only. No support, operations, or training.

– To staff UCSF Video Conferencing Solutions Group

– Level 2 support, R&D, testing, documentation , support.

– Develop & publish onboarding process.

– Develop and deliver high quality training to end users, first level support, desktop team,SMEs, and new clients

– Web Documentation: (directory, getting started, FAQs, solutions matrix, facilities map, complete room instructions, best practices, other documents as required.)

– Work with Solutions group on deliverables related to documentation, client engagement, and policy.
