Reference: Reg. No. DOTEL/E/2013/05984 dated 12.03.13-Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) Name of the complainant: Shri Sube Singh (Ph. No. 0124-2250142) Despite repeated complaints to the BSNL regarding out of order of my Broadband/ Land-line Telephone, Telephone service to my residence has been non-functional or dead since January 23, 2013. However, I have been paying the bill as addressed to me. Hence, it is very unfortunate on part of me for receiving bill without any service. The BSNL service provider earlier informed to Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) that the rectification of the cable fault will be required two more weeks that effects from 14.03.2013. However, despite of consumption of twenty (20) days (counted up to till date), no action/ intimation has yet not been made. Therefore, it is further requested that the grievance made earlier be considered lively or fresh for taking necessary action against the BSNL, for resolving the problem at the earliest. Besides, BSNL may also be instructed to refund the money deposited by me, generated without providing any service.
